Cameron did a wonderful job walking through the different options available. Nothing about the process felt overwhelming, which was a huge relief. We actually took a night to think about it, came back the next day, and ended up going with the higher price point mattress. We really appreciated that he gave us time with both of our top two models to make up our minds, and we felt the price of delivery and removal, box spring, and the bamboo blend sheets we purchased to be extremely fair. Both he and Tiffany were genuine, considerate and very helpful. A wonderful experience, and I'll be recommending my family and friends here.
Update: After talking with him about some of the cooling pillow options the day we bought our mattress, I ended up coming back to buy two. My boyfriend and I both love them, and are pretty sure they're the only thing saving our spines in the meantime before our mattress gets delivered. One of my friends is already pestering me for updates because she loved them when I stopped by afterwards...

Mary did not pressure me or try to upsell me, but she knew that the bed I had decided upon was over my budget. She helped me look at other beds, which were nice, but the one I loved had immediately stopped my back spasms. Mary ran some numbers, and, after helping me with that, she talked to me about how important the right bed is to good health. Felt that the salesman was relying on the computer matches on his tablet rather than any expertise/experience he might have or truly listening to the feedback we were giving him. The computer matching is no different from what I can do on my own on the company website. As the experience progressed, it started to feel pushy, and that he was trying to upsell us. His face noticeably changed to a look of irritation when I questioned some things he was telling me, based on my own sleep experience and research. Also, the samples are extremely close together in this store; I could barely get in/out of some beds to try them, because they are about a foot apart or next to walls.
