Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

Do not order from, or go to this Pizza Hut, or maybe any other Pizza Hut. Placed an order a month prior, took an hour and a half to get it delivered, granted, it was a snowy day, so that’s understandable. They gave me a coupon as a customer courtesy for a free pizza, bc it took so long. Lo and behold, the day I go to use it online, without it being expired, it doesn’t work. So I call in and they tell me I can’t use it, and they tell me there’s no way to comp the coupon bc they don’t know if I’ve used it before, even though I told them I didn’t. I don’t know about anywhere else, but that, in my book, is very poor customer service, and they were basically calling me a liar. The GM was even there, and had the audacity to offer me half off, instead of honoring my coupon, which THEY gave me. I really couldn’t care less about the pizza, it’s the lack of customer service and trying to do right by your paying customers that shouldn’t be practiced in any...

10/2/21 I ordered a pizza for delivery online at 817pm. Received email stating it would be delivered by 845pm. Starting calling store around 930. When I pushed option 2 to talk to the store, it transferred me to Direct TV. It thos 5 times when I called. I pushed option 1 for a new order, and it was an outside call center that could not chk the status of my order. They called the store n also got Direct TV. I never received a pizza. Called store next day and was told they shut down early. Yet I was left hanging after ordering a pizza. Syc store mgr told me nothing could be done about the phone line switching ppl to Direct TV. RIDICULOUS!! I waited hours for a pizza and wS never even told they were closed. Syc Mgr is not taking any steps to fix the phone from sending ppl to Direct TV. I wont be ordering...

Don’t have too much to say about the service or the food. But I will say the delivery drivers have no respect, nor does the management team. One of there drivers felt the need to cut off a funeral processions line to make his delivery . Also when I went to the store to explain what happened they acted like it was no big deal . After contacted corporate about it I was supposed to hear back from the store never did. I will be sure to let everyone know not or be a patron to any of these establishments.
