I was a starbucks costumer since the day this place opened. However, the last time I was there ordering an ice expresso, i asked Barista Nick, a sample of whole milk, since expresso drinks are very strong, Nick got half of his body out of the drive thru window, to practically telling me not to order this drink, he told me to order a ice latte to get what I wanted, always in a bad mood and telling that I had to pay for milk sample, I clearly told him that I didn't want anything for free. I wanted to have my coffee the way I like it. Sorry, but after being a customer since day one and everyday they opened. I decided not to go back to this place, sorry Nick but your attitude needs to change, you need to learn how to treat and respect customers, which are the reason why you work in this place. I ordered my drink, and when the barista (a different one than the one who took my order) started handing me my drink, I asked if I could please get a different lid since I forgot to order my drink with no whip. He proceeded to ask me if I still wanted my drink, and I said yes there's nothing wrong with it I just want a different lid. He proceeded to make a very obvious face and turn to his coworker and scoff. Then he asked me again if I wanted my drink still and I said yes I just didn't want the whipped cream but that's my fault so it's fine. He continued to make a face again and turn to his coworker who was also poking fun at me and this situation. My mobile order took 20 minutes to be finished while people who came in after me and ordered in cafe got their drinks before me. When I talked to the cashier twice, she seemed annoyed by my presence.
