Little Caesar's has let me down at most every location I patronized. This most recent time I went in at 8pm and ordered 6 pizzas to pickup at 9pm.
I said, the exact words " I want six deep dish pizzas, two just cheese and four with pepperoni ".
He repeated it back to me as I ordered it. I showed up at 8:48 and told him I was there to pick-up the pizza. I wanted to make sure they would be ready at 9, so I went early. This sent the guy into a panic. After 5 minutes he admonished me with "Its not even 9 O'clock yet!"
Then at around 9:05pm he plops 5 regular style pizzas on the counter, AND ONE pan pizza.
I wad told I could wait another 10 minutes to get what I had ordered, and he would "not charge me any more". What a sport... would not charge me more to fix the order he got wrong.
This is a nationwide theme with Little Caesar's. All you should do at their locations is pick up whatever is sitting in the warmer. Dont ask for anything custom or different.... they will...
Read moreI love Little Caesar's and was excited to try this new and improved location in Sylva - it's a far cry from its previous location in a run-down strip. Unfortunately, it was just a disappointment. I ordered double mushrooms, green peppers, onions, extra cheese, and light sauce. I got barely any mushrooms, a regular amount of cheese that was burnt, so much sauce it was off-putting, and onions out the wazoo. Also, I tried calling twice and they wouldn't answer the phone, so I ordered online -- which means there should not have been any miscommunication. I walked in, no one greeted me, and I got my order from the pizza portal. I agree with a previous poster that the crust seemed undercooked. I ate two pieces and threw away the rest. I think maybe because the employees don't have to communicate with the customer, there's less accountability for quality and accuracy. I'm giving it two stars because the crazy bread was good and the order was...
Read moreThe Sylva location’s pizza is disgusting. I hate ordering pizza from here when we need something cheap & fast. 9/10 I’ve received pizza that is thin, floppy, & over all sad. I wish my phone would’ve kept the photos I took for the door dash review. I’ve ordered from here lots of times, & only one time have we gotten a decent, fluffy pizza. My kids don’t like Domino’s pizza or else we would just order from there instead, but from the way these pizzas keep coming out… my kids will have to learn to love Domino’s.
Edit: forgot to add that the cheese on our pizza is always burnt, slides off as soon as it’s picked up because of how thin & flimsy. I’ve played around with how the pizzas are cooked, ie. “Well done” etc., hoping for a change, but the outcome stays the same.
The employees are nice, & I enjoy the drive-thru, which are the only positives to this...
