Scramblers — Restaurant in Sylvania

Have you ever been to the Mirazur in France? The Mirazur was rated the best restaurant in the world in 2019, but this scrambler's right here will challenge it on every front. The manager runs this place like a well oiled Breitling watch. There's seemingly never any item off the menu, and if there were, the manger herself would venture to the fresh market to buy the ingredients needed for the meal you've requested. Which brings me to the food... Have you ever tasted angel's tears? Because the first bite of the westgate skillet had me sobbing tears of unexplicable emotions. God himself has blessed the cook with immeasurable talent. As I looked around the restaurant I noticed that every other patron was experiencing the same, which promptly had the waitstaff at every table tending to each persons individual response. Of course there's more to be said about the waitstaff. They seem to be hand selected from the finest saints, to wait on you like butlers to royalty. If you drop anything, they pick it up, but they're not bothersome like the staff you may experience at a lesser restaurant.

Update 2024: Their service has seriously gone downhill. Servers don't seem to care anymore. They take your order & then you stop existing to them. And when you receive your food, the quality has also been downgraded. I went 3 more times, spread out, just see if it was a fluke -but same experience ever single time! I don't see a point in wasting our time or money there. Our final visit was in June 2024.

Amazing Blueberry Granola Pancakes & service! I have lived in the area for over a year and just decided to try some place different for breakfast. Bottomless pancakes? If nothing else, I thought, at least I could eat my fill in pancakes and part of me go away happy. But I left completely happy! My server, Sara, was great! She made me feel like my business was important as crazy busy as the restaurant was around 10am on a Sunday. I can't wait to have those pancakes and that service again! Came in around noon, wasn’t greeted for over 10 min with barely any customers in the restaurant, server didn’t put in our “shareable” so we never got it, their table system was clearly messed up as the server said so as well as things being brought to our table we didn’t order, and lastly I got food poisoning from them as I have been sick all evening (it is currently 6:30pm). Multiple customers also noted from observation not being greeted in a longer than necessary time, and most of the potatoes in my skillet were stale tasting somehow. Only our second time here, first time was fantastic even with it being extremely busy yet this time was absolute garbage. This is also not the first time something like this has happened here as a friend of mine had an instance of being seated for over 40 min without being greeted at this same location before they ended up leaving.
