HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TREATMENT BY STAFF TODAY MARCH 8TH, 2024

never going to use potbelly after this insulting behaviour by staff

I called the store to ask if their website was down as i unable to place online order. The guy answered and immediately said that he cannot do anything about it and to come at the store. Me and my kids have sick this entire week and finally my daughter says can i get potbelly soup and mac n cheese I finally was able to place order online, i requested turkey sandwich with broccoli soup and kids mac n cheese combo

1- turkey sandwich is put together horriblly..half burnt 2- no crackers for the soup 3- apple sauce was still frozen 4- no hot peppers as requested in notes

I called the store to talk to them, not lookimg for refund, the guy hung on me. Called again, someone answered and hung up again.

I then call a different store to complaint and he said he will address this to nathan or nate

I called this store again askimg for manager beacuse apparently the lady manager has no idea about this.. so i called to talk to her and again got hung up on..

is this the kind of customer service you provide? I did not pay $27 to get food like this specially if we are sick and finally have appetite to eat and we chose POTBELLY over any other place.

If this guy who answered my calls was having a bad day, i get it but i dont think it is right to treat any customer like this. My family has loved potbelly, i can still excuse the fact that i did not get requested or shoudl be there items, but it is not ethical or professional to hang up on your customer..

If this happened to me, im sure it has happened to others.

Also, whats weird is the shift manager from the other store called this store in deerfield who said she has no knowledge of this but never bothered to get my information to call me. I was never looking for a refund but after seeing a burnt sandwich it is absolutely unacceptable

PLEASE DONT DO THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope that guys day gets better but it is still unacceptable on my end to get burnt food, missing items and getting hung up on.

Yes yes and yes!!! I'm very disappointed in myself for not coming here years ago when it first opened. I think it was the name of the place that didn't seem appealing to me, but yesterday changed that!

I was going 71N and opted to stop for food to the closest thing off the exit, and that closest restaurant was Pot Belly Sandwiches! I pulled up to the drive thru, and was greeted right away by a friendly lively voice.

It took me a minute to overview menu and yes it all looked good! Wow! They even have Zapps chips! THEY HAVE ZAPPS!! I haven't had Zapps for years since I lived in Florida. I already was excited I stopped here.

I ordered the roast beef small sandwich and a Coke with a bag of Zapps; since I love all Zapps I told them to surprise me on the flavor, just not original flavor.

I really enjoy how none of the sandwiches come with default toppings, that indicates to me everything is made fresh and I'm not going to receive a default sandwich that has been sitting under a heat lamp.

My sandwich was perfect, fresh, and the bun was soft and warm. What a magical delight! I'll be going back this weekend with the kids! We will be dining in and can't wait to try...

This was our first time visiting Potbelly. First, the important thing is that the food was really good. The sandwiches and soup were fantastic! Unfortunately, the good food was overshadowed by the worst employee we’ve ever encountered. Her name was Paige and she was extremly rude! As mentioned, this was our first time visiting a Potbelly, so it was all new to us. My wife asked Paige which soups they had and without even looking up, she rudely said they were “up there on the board.” My wife had questions about what came on the sandwich, and again she rudely said “chicken and avocado”. Well, miss Paige, you forgot about the cheese and cucumbers, but that’s beside the point. My wife and I had just come from Bethesda North where she was put under with anesthesia, so a little help with the menu shouldn’t be such a daunting task. As we sat there eating our lunch, we continued to witness Paige giving snide remarks and dirty looks to people. Her actions and lack of respect are completely unnecessary and looking at other reviews, it’s clear we aren’t the first people to notice...
