Absolutely disgusting. Went here with the family. Its been a tradition for years now during Thanksgiving. Party of 7 adults and 4 kids. Our waiter must of been having a bad day. He took forever getting our drinks and just had attitude. I was surprised with a table this size there wasn't multiple hands bringing the food out, instead it was him by himself. 5 separate trips for him, then we realized we was still missing a meal and sides. Drinks where empty and in need of refills. When he came back we asked about the other food and drinks. He came back and was clearly agitated. Wether with us or something else, his attitude was very obvious in the way he was serving the drinks and the remaining food. After witnessing his attitude I wasn't about to ask for my food to be redone. I ordered a simple egg, colby jack cheese with vegan meat pattie sandwich. The egg was cooked wrong , the egg yolk was still runny even after I clearly asked for my egg to be "super cooked" so its not runny, the cheese was wrong, and it was ice cold. My bread was by something sweet while being prepped as i kept getting bites of sugar. Just made the sandwich even more disgusting. Whoever the cook(s) are, they need serious training. I attempted to remove the runny egg yolk and eat my sandwich but it was just disgusting. The coffee was like brown water. Again, whoever is cooking and brewing coffee... they need some training. A few of us ended up with stomach issues. Not sure if it was the food but given this was the only meal we had, it's hard to rule out considering a few of us were experiencing the same issues. I have no desire to ever eat at this place again or any other CB. Guess this family tradition of eating at Cracker Barrell during the holidays will end with this year's...

I only came in to pick up a gift for my sisters b/d. I found over $100. plus items to purchase. The guy at the register was being very rude to me. I wanted an Owl lamp on sale. He wasn’t happy that he had to go look for it. He made me come with him. Then he was like. Well I don’t see a box and I’m not sure if I can get it. Because it needed to be unplugged and also had no price. Then he finally got it and asked another manager that was leaving how to find the price. I went to ask him a ? And he said “Let’s do one thing at a time. “ But not very nice. So I said, Sir, I’m not feeling well, please don’t be rude to me. He said I’m not, but he did change his attitude, but still was not very nice. I have been going to your store off of Fields Ertel & 71 for a very long time. Probably about 40 years. So please be nice to me. I support your job. I did get food also. But it was not complete. I got pinto beans, onion & cornbread. But got one order of beans, one cornbread no onion. Buy the timed I checked I was so ready to go with my three bags of merchandise and didn’t want to ask him for one more thing. I walk with a cane, I have a problem with my hip. I had three of your bags filled, not full, with different items & him or any of your other clerks, or no one else at your store, asked to help me out. That really made me sad. I don’t know his name. It was last Thursday, January 11, 2024 around between 3-4:30? I was very sad, by the time I left. And your food service & wait time is horrible at this restaurant. We sometimes drive to your store in Milford, because the servers are always nicer and you don’t have to wait over 30-40 minutes for your food to be served to you cold. Sorry, but this treatment opened up a can of worms for me. Get your...

My wife and I stopped after checking into our hotel and were both excited to get some as usual great food at this Cracker Barrel. We’ve been to many Cracker Barrel restaurants but never this one. We don’t live around here so you’ve lost not much business but this review will hopefully make a change or two. We sat down at 7:13 pm. Our server took our order right after the table next to us which was a table with a family of 4. The server then went to the kitchen. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our food all awhile the table of 4 was served and ate and left the restaurant. A gentleman sitting right across from us sat down about 15 minutes after we did and he was served in about 15 minutes from that time. He then asked us what the heck we ordered that would take so long. I think he was literally embarrassed that he got served before us. At the 40 minute point I decided to go ask where our foot was. Our server was not around so I asked another server. She asked where I was sitting. At that time our server came out of the kitchen and asked me what was wrong. I explained to her we had been waiting 40 minutes and that others had been sat served and eaten and even left the restaurant while we were still waiting to get our food. She then told me “oh it hasn’t been 40 minutes”. She then left me standing. My wife saw my face getting red and then came to me and said we need to talk to the manager. In all fairness the manager did a great job and showed empathy and apologized for the servers actions. I don’t know the servers name but I’m sure you all will know by my account above who it is. Our experience at this place is. It indicative to other Cracker Barrel’s. But this server here needs a little more training. Just saying. Thanks...

I have enjoyed visiting Cracker Barrels since the seventies, fifty years. It's been awhile and with all the latest news, I felt like I needed to check out the latest happenings. I realize that the quality of the different locations vary in quality, this one is on the far north side of Cincinnati. The sign had not been changed and the interior looked the same. However, the menu had been changed, for the worse, and was very confusing. The simple, straight forward menu was no longer. And, margaritas and Mimmos?? And now, the food. I ordered Grandma's Sampler and was very disappointed. Thin, hard, cold strip of bacon, small lukewarm sausage patty, and country ham that wasn't country, and the hash brown casserole lacked flavor and texture. Upon check out I kept being asked to buy something extra. If management wanted to raise revenue, this is not the way. What a disappointment! BTW, the service road into the place has a terrible, big hole that the management has not bothered to address.

I had one piece spicy grilled cat fish with a coleslaw and a hash brown casserole. The food was tasty as usual but I thought the food plate came out looking dirty, so I actually had to wipe them off, so I can feel good about eating. It wasn't really dirty but there was a lot of food residue here and there making the dish look messy, and the plate itself had a big chip and it just gave a poor presentation of the dish. I think in the restaurant industry, the presentation speaks a lot about whether the kitchen cares or not. It is very rare for me to leave a 3 star rated comment. I am hoping they can address the issue. When I am on the road, I always stop by at a cracker barrel, so I hope you take this as a constructional criticism. The server was good and it was a friendly environment esp for the mother's day weekend, and the cashier ladies were nice.

I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in a few years, but I used to eat here every other month. It's mostly the same with the decorations and furniture, but it seems a bit run down. The service is fine. The menu is very different than when I last visited. There were some classic meals missing. Further more, the food wasn't as good. It seems to have a pre made quality that I never noticed before. Some of the food was still very good like the pot roast and fried chicken. I got the steak and it was ok. I'll have to try the pancakes again to see if they are different from what I remember. I loved eating here before, but it seems some of the charm and quality is lesser.
