We each got soup, salad, and breadsticks and shared a side of Alfredo sauce. We expected to pay a bit extra for the sauce but were a little surprised to see that it was nearly $5 when it was just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Didn't complain though... still tasted good with the breadsticks. The food was good overall. I got the minestrone soup which I really enjoyed. It wasn't too acidic like tomato-based soups sometimes are. We did not get refills on any of our food so we asked if we could get a to-go box for the rest of our salad. The waiter brought us the box but came off as quite passive-aggressive when he returned. This was especially noticeable because he acted much friendlier throughout the meal up until we asked. If we had gotten any refills on our food, we would not have asked for a to-go box because we know that's frowned upon, but the way we saw it, we were only taking home the serving we had already paid for. I have been asking other people if what we did was wrong, but everyone so far seems to agree that if you didn't get refills on the food, it would be no different than taking home leftovers on a normal meal (i.e., not endless) or even getting the SSB in a carryout order. I would have much preferred if the waiter told us if there was an issue with taking the leftovers, rather than displaying a negative attitude. If it hadn't been for those last moments, I think we would have been left with a much better impression. I do not plan to return to this location.

Nice Italian food, Very good ambience with proper following of guidelines for covid-19. I went there with my family and the meal was so enjoyable. The server we had was very pleasant and sweet. He was nice and polite and great with my kid & suggested a chocolate drink for my Kiddo to try. He made jokes and had is laughing the entire time. Waiter was training another person and the way he did it was perfect the trainee asked questions made sure we had refills order was perfect even though the trainee was a little nervous she did a great job. Food is too good. Being an Indian i enjoyed the food a lot. They have a lots of menu choices. Easy access with free parking. Service was quick and the Staff were very polite & friendly. The food tastes so good, and the quantity for each item is more so It is hard to eat all of it, so thankfully they have boxes to carry out food for later. For the quality and amount of food, it is worth the price. The breadsticks are superb, The salad is also too good to resist. Post my first visit it was immediately added into my restaurant list for dinning out. I would give it 5 stars!

Olive Garden is Olive Garden. This one was once tucked outside of burb and now it’s just woefully stuck in a busy area that gives it high visibility and so is popular by being at the right place. Getting in to parking is a special feat, but once you’re in, you get the best experience of “throwback to the early 90s” because this place is well kept but dated. No point in bringing up the food, you were going to come anyways. I wonder when they will realize that the kiosk things were a good idea, but no longer needed and are just a waste of table space?

DO NOT TRY TO GET A JOB AT THIS LOCATION!!! The general manager, Veronica Green, is a very rude and discriminatory manager. Never in my life have I ever met a general manager such as this. In my past I have worked for three other olive gardens because I fell in love with the atmosphere and the people. I loved working for Darden. My husband and I moved up to Ohio for work and I decided to go back to Olive Garden to continue working. I had an interview with Devon who was super sweet and upbeat, she had expressed her concern that I did have two no call no shows from two other locations and I explained to her that they were due to medical reasons and I was in the hospital, I even expressed that I discussed those with my last two employers and they said that it can’t be taken off because it’s been longer than a year but they would vouch for me. I had even called employee relations and they said they would gladly explain the situation to the Veronica, the general manager. Veronica was rude from the start. I had jumped through every hoop she asked me to so that we could continue with the hiring process and I called her back to let her know it was finally taken care of and that my old Olive Harden employers would vouch for me if she wanted to give them a call with me. Veronica decided she was going to discriminate against my background instead. Her words were “she has a restaurant to run and she won’t hire someone like me with my background”. Never in my life have I ever met someone who did not care, the restaurant was not busy and she was more concerned about her phone then talking to me. I advise anyone who is trying to get a job at this location… move on she is rude and discriminatory that much was proven. Even some of the hosts had expressed that she is very rude on a daily. DO NOT GO HERE, if you want a job at an Olive Garden there are two other locations in the area that are just as busy with way better managers who actually care about helping you and making sure they have employees to “run the restaurant”. Thank you Veronica for showing me what a disrespectful and discriminatory general...

Worst experience I would ever had in any restaurant yet. From the beginning to end it was total flop show and total disappointments. Worst server we could ever had. She had us wait atleast 15-20 minutes to just show up and say I am your server, drink orders was wrong, food serving was late, no silverware given, when asked she just thrown few, no napkins, no Olives in Olive Garden, kids cake not served, total mess. The worst part was they seems to have people in staff who steal customer’s phone, yes that is true. In hurry we left a phone on table, within 5 minutes leaving the table we realized it and came back to get that, phone was not there on table, we asked server and cleaning person about the phone, they said they don’t know and did not see any phone there. We were sure we left it there, so we thought may be at front desk or with manager however phone was not even there, that’s when we thought to give last try to use our Find app on my other iPhone before filing official complaint, and our find app was showing my phone was in this Olive Garden restaurant, I reached to the exact location shown on app, and tried calling the missing phone, luckily I could hear the ring, I asked servers for help to figure where exactly the ring sound is coming however no one seems to be interested in helping :( then I decided to search it myself and to my surprise phone was hidden somewhere back in one of their cabinets, then one tall person of the staff tried to help to get the phone out from their however after so much effort he could able to take it out, he was also surprised why someone will put phone there. So disappointing with this incident we reached to restaurant manager, even manager agreed that if anyone of the staff might have find the phone, they should have given phone to manager or front desk. So intension were clear that someone from their staff was trying to hide the phone and ultimately steal it. I would suggest manager of restaurant to investigate the issue and find the culprit to rebuild customer trust. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until restaurant have honest and...

Made a reservation at this location for my grandpa, called 7 hours prior to our arrival and a reminder call ahead seating an hour before to inform them we had a party of 9 coming. When we got there we had to wait an additional 40 minutes. My family entertained themselves by getting drinks at the bar, the bartender working was named max. She made direct contact with me several times and there was not a single other customer at the bar and still chose to talk and do nothing while me and my grandpa (aka birthday boy) we’re waiting to get a drink on the 40 minute wait they gave to us even with plenty of notice. Once we got to our table they assigned us 2 servers. I have worked in customer service and restaurant industry for 7+ years so i tend to have more patience than the average person. After the first 10 mistakes were made, some frustration was made. The male server was an older gentleman- definitely needs to be retired, greeted us with a poor attitude and unfriendly demeanor. His co partner Mary was the only reason that table made somewhat of a tip. He completely rang in wrong items on our bill and once was told to correct them threw a tantrum. He then comes back with another bill with more incorrect stuff rang in and then proceed to try to verbally get in an argument with me at the table once i proceeded to tell him what needed to be corrected. Once we spoke with the manager she did not have much to say about the situation besides fixing our bill which took 30 minutes after our party had left due to this man’s ignorance. The manager did not seemed to concerned with how this man treated my family, nor me after verbally coming after me. Will not be rejoining this establishment and i highly recommend avoiding this place until they treat their customers with some decent service or acknowledgement of their own wrongs. This was completely unacceptable, and this man is the poorest excuse of a server that i have ever seen which has some volume to it considering i know how hard this position can be. He was blatantly irresponsible and unkind for no reason other than...
