I went there Friday morning I usally go in the evenings after I get off from work I shop there at least three time a week for myself and my sister that in a nursing home ,it's always been a great experience but this time ,the ladies greeted every other person that can in the door asking them did they need help, one lady even pointed out the sale items .the 3hrs I was in the store I thought it was just me. I spent 248.00 in as I was checking out another person that look like me came in so I stayed to watch and No it wasn't just be she was ignored too, we were both disregarded intentionally. This won't stop me from shopping there,are at any of clothes mentor other stores I really like shopping there for my sister .it make her feel better when she feel better she do better in its good therapy for me. this store only get...

I love the clothes. The employees are always so friendly and enjoyable! I just wish they kept the store a little cleaner from an upkeep standpoint. I noticed the dirty build up on the sinks in the bathroom. It looks like the sink in my husband's work shop. The dirt on the lowest portion of the walls /door in the restrooms...A Mr. Clean magic eraser would wipe those sparkling clean. Also the dust accumulation on top of the fitting rooms was like an inch thick. I assume it's because the world is short staffed right now and there just aren't enough hours in a day to complete everything..... Ultimately I love the store, I just wish it didn't feel like I was shopping at a low end...

When you go to close mentor they pick and choose what they want to buy which is their option.... But they're rude and inconsiderate they wait till you leave the store and then they text you after you've been in there waiting on them and anytime you go in there they're nasty and they're rude you take name brand stuff in there they don't buy it but they buy off-brand stuff and some of the stuff ....I see in the store is nasty and it needs laundry. But you can go to Westchester or Anderson and they treat you with respect and purchase what you want to sell no questions asked very considerate this is the nastiest rudest place in Mason Ohio I've ever been in...
