Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Deerfield Township

I spoke to two assistant managers Drew and William. Very nice and helpful. I placed an order on Sunday for 2 cases of chicken breast with William. He mentioned the inventory truck will come Monday and should have in stock. Monday came and went to pick up and they did not have my order. Then Drew put the order in again. Tuseday I came back to pick up and still did not have my order. Again the same process and excuses. Today Wednesday I gave it one more shot. Since they put "my order in" STILL DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. Third day and I still have not received my 2 cases of chicken. Very unhappy and upset. Waste of time to show up and leave...

First time visiting this store & upon entering there were plenty of carts for our use. The store was bright, the shelves were really neat. The entire store was really clean. The staff was polite as well. The only complaint is that the prices are kind of steep. For a recession the sticker price was shocking. And either you have to bring your own shopping bags, buy one of theirs or pack your items in empty boxes that they save. They do have a hodge podge collection of foods, paper items & dish ware.
