I came in on a weekday in the middle of the day to order a birthday cake. I was the only customer in the store, but had to wait several minutes because the staff member was vacuuming. I waited patiently without saying anything until she had time for me, and I tried to be polite and friendly as I could see she looked stressed, only to be treated very rudely when I asked for the different pricings and cake sizes. I just wanted to know if I was ordering a big enough cake. She simply refused to tell or show me and I got the general feeling that I was just bothering her with my order, she seemed very irritated. I ended up leaving without ordering, since she would not give me the information I needed and I frankly got tired of her unfriendly attitude. Sad, as we have ordered many cakes here before, over quite a few years, but I will take my business elsewhere or bake my own cakes...

This is one of my favorite bakeries in Cincinnati. They have flavors like the bakeries from my childhood.

This time I asked for something that I found out is seasonal, Kringle. It was requested by my out-of-town family for a mini reunion. Since it wasn't available I ordered two Schnecken and one Cheese Pocket. The day I picked up my order, I couldn't resist adding 12 additional pastries (3 apple fritters, 3 apple strudel, 3 glazed croissants, 3 glazed spirals). My family loved everything!!!

Servatii's also offers sandwiches, salads, breads, rolls, cookies...etc., etc.

I'd like to say, "I'll take one of everything," when I'm standing in front of their display cases.

Not sure why this location makes the procees so difficult. On few occasions I've called and they've held a cake for me, with no issue on paying in advance, name is on the pickup, said they have it held. Get there, which my brother lives right near there to pick it up and they've sold it! Of the locations I've done business with, this is the only one. The workers are not on the same page, they individually make up their own rules with holding a cake. Sure I should have paid over phone, but the person I spoke to didnt say was necessary, I said I would be right there to pick it up. I called and asked what happened said they sold it, was not the one I spoke to, she was rude and hung up on me. Again not just onetime this happened.
