My husband and I have never had such bad service at this location as we did yesterday. We just stopped in for a quick appetizer and drinks, it took 10 minutes for my husband to relieve his alcoholic drinks. Our server took our order, and brought my Iced tea and water and was never seen again! Someone else brought hubby's drink and someone else brought the food, we were NOT checked on once, I ended up drinking my husband's water because I never received a refill on my tea. After we finished our food a young man grabbed the plates, the whole time I was looking around the restaurant for our server but she was nowhere to be seen. I finally got up and asked the hostess desk where she was, when the hostess returned to our table she stated our server was "dealing with a difficult check" & she'd be right over. 10 minutes later our server returned to the table, asking if I wanted a refill, we wanted anything else, she tried to show us how to pay on the machine but informed her it was cash. By this time I was extremely irritated & just wanted to pay our check and leave. We received no apology or explanation as to why we hadn't seen her during our whole meal, we left the cash and left the restaurant. As we were leaving the gentleman at the front opened the door for us and apologized for what had happened. Our server's name was Rachel, I'm sorry but I find it hard to believe that she had been "dealing with a difficult check" the whole time we were there...

From now on if we return to this location we will make sure to request our regular server, Annabelle, she's amazing! We NEVER have any issues with her, she's quick and you see her all the time.
