This Chipotle location is a mess. I have picked up orders here a couple times in a row and it's been the wrong items or the wrong ingredients. I have also ordered through the Chipotle app through this location and has issues but I decided to give it one last shot. They disappointed me once again. I placed my order via the app at 12:06 pm and was told my estimated delivery time would be 12:35pm. I understand if it's busy or under staffed but 12:41pm rolled around and the dasher was still waiting on the order. Then I got switched to another dasher. I asked for them to please make sure my order was exactly what I ordered before they left; they said no problem. Then 1:16pm comes and still not ready. The dasher is being told they are just now starting my order.....seriously?! Okay I will wait a little longer but my dasher is still waiting for my order at 1:36pm. So now it's been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I placed the order. My place of employment, which is where it was to be delivered, is only a couple of miles from this location, however, I was not able to leave to go get it myself. So I started the cancellation process because I could not wait anymore wondering if I would even receive this or not. I informed the poor dasher who has been waiting for almost an hour that I was going to cancel the order. He informed me that he asked them what the hold up was and they informed him that someone already picked up the order and they refused to remake it. 45 MIN LATER AND THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO SAY SOMETHING?!
This store has lost me as a customer and I wonder how many more customers Chipotle will lose because of this store....
They need some serious management involved...
Read moreNot just the worst Chipotle or fast food restaurant I’ve been to but the worst run business I’ve ever frequented. Hands down.
My family has come here every Friday since 2019 when it was in the old location. The new location has got our order wrong MORE than half the time. Usually it’s minor enough we don’t sweat it. Sometimes it’s significant enough I drive 15 minutes back in which they never apologize or offer a refund, just act inconvenienced. I take ownership of not checking well enough before leaving but with three kids in the car I can’t open every burrito or take inventory.
Well last week they forgot all 4 kids chips. So this week I decided to finally sit in the drive through and check everything. Sure enough, forgot a bag of chips. Sat at the window waving for attention in which it seemed they were purposely ignoring. After several minutes I explained the issue expecting such a simple, cheap solution to come quickly. Nope, employee had to get a manger(?) and scroll back through orders to tell me I was wrong. I showed the receipt AND my app order and she just said she doesn’t know anything about app ordering. I explained that we come weekly and constantly have things left out and that I need the rest of my order this time. I wasn’t polite but didn’t raise my voice or curse. Still, she waved me off, shut the window and walked off.
This is 100% a manager and district/regional manager issue. Look at reviews, this has gone on from the beginning. What kind are leadership opens a new store and lets it be on fire for so long?
Please, Chipotle Corporate,...
Read moreI visited this location 20 minutes before closing on New Year’s Eve and was shocked by the poor treatment I received. I asked about online order not going through, and she proceeded to state they were about to close, so I proceeded to leave and she stated I could still order. (Make it Make Sense) That alone told me she didn’t want to make my order. The staff member making my steak bowl was extremely rude, and it was clear she was rushing to finish early. Online ordering had been turned off early, which was confusing since I regularly use the app and I’m new to this location. Her attitude suggested that I was an inconvenience simply because I came in close to closing time. Her comments to another customer about everyone eating black-eyed peas at home were inappropriate and offensive, especially as a person of color addressing another person of color or anyone, for that matter. We need to do better! No reason for the rudeness.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. As a former sales manager for a Fortune 500 company, I can confidently say her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. If she was having a bad day or unhappy in her role, management needs to address it. Sensitivity training and better oversight are urgently needed to ensure this level of rudeness doesn’t happen again. This experience left me deeply disappointed and questioning how such poor customer service could...
