We bought a bed, mattress and set of drawers for my son and had a great experience in the showroom. Tommy was attentive and informative about our choices. We had the entire set delivered a day later, and opted-out of the set up (for which we paid extra) because we were having our carpets cleaned a few days later, and would set up the bed ourselves on dry carpet. Because we waited, we did not notice that the mattress they delivered was 3 inches shorter than the standard Queen mattress and therefore did not fit the bed correctly. (See photos)
We should have not waited to set up and check the form, fit and function, because you only have three days (calendar days) to dispute anything about your purchase. Because we waited more than 3 days to put our set together and notice the error, we were denied the ability to simply return the (unused) mattress and purchase one that would fit.
I will never do business with this company again for the simple fact that all I wanted was to return the mattress and get one that was the size they promised me--I was even going to pay the difference if there was one. But they chose to stick with their policy instead of pleasing the customer.
Although I did not read the fine print, it would have been really simple to please and retain a customer for additional purchases. Funny...we have five other children that need new beds and mattresses very soon--$10,000.00+ mistake on their part.
Always make sure the customer is happy!

(Reply to your reply)--Thank you Mor (or less) for your reply. Actually, you are incorrect, and not all mattresses fit like this on storage beds. In fact I have NEVER seen a storage bed that had the gaps that this had.
The salesman told me I did not need an additional platform, and that the mattress would fit just like the one pictured in the showroom. So, either your people are liars, or the mattress was the wrong size. The fact is not that you did not allow me to return it, or even that you thought the mattress was a correct fit (which it clearly is not), the fact is that I was not happy, and you were not willing to help make me happy. It would have been really simple to just allow me to return the mattress and allow me to get one that fit better.
Take a look at the additional pictures posted...it is the mattress in the showroom, even without a stich of bedding on it, you can see it fits WAY more snug than the pictures of what you delivered to me. AND your showroom mattress is TIGHT to the headboard (also pictured).
Your people are blind if they think what I got looks ANYTHING like what was in the showroom.
Buyer beware--Spend $2000.00 at Mor, and get WAY less than you bargained for! And no--I will not give you another opportunity to rip...

I went in and purchased a couch and recliner the week before labor day. I had checked on the website and it said delivery was expected around September 17th when purchased online, so I figured I would go in person to see if there was any way to get my furniture faster. The rep I talked to in store said they were getting one of the couches I wanted in on September 6th, and it would go out for delivery shortly after that, which worked perfectly for me lining up with my move, so I purchased both.
I hadn't heard anything since my purchase, so on September 3rd I called the CS line, and was told that the couch I ordered would be getting to a warehouse a state away on September 6th, and maybe that's what caused the confusion, but then it would need to be processed and shipped to my local warehouse, so I could expect delivery in mid-late September. I went into this location to speak with the sales team, fully ready to cancel my order and look elsewhere, but they couldn't have been nicer and more apologetic. They immediately started looking for solutions that wouldn't have me waiting an extra week or two, and offered a few different couches that were in stock locally and could be delivered within 48 hours. Ultimately, I turned those offers down because I had specific wants which led me to choose my original couch, and I didn't find the floor models of the other couches quite as comfortable. Ultimately, they refunded the delivery charge, and my couch and recliner were delivered yesterday.

Read moreI had a great furniture buying experience here. I showed up on a Tuesday making plans for what to purchase when I closed on my house the next day. Randy took me around the store and showed me some bedroom set options based on my preferences. Once we found the right one, we went through some other bits of furniture and mattresses, but I knew I HAD to get that bedroom set. The next day I got my new keys and ran back to the store. As I pulled in Randy was getting in his car to go home, but he recognized my car and came back out to help. I know he's a sales guy and would get a commission from coming back in to help me, but I think there's something to be said about him remembering a detail about a customer from a side-bar conversation the day before. We got the bedroom set ordered up - the final price was a good deal. Financing was easy and painless. Everyone else in the place was super nice and conversational so that was cool too. Delivery was set up for Saturday and I was out the door. Delivery rolls around and everything is awesome. The delivery folks set up quickly, got things where I requested, and if it didn't make sense in the space they let me know so we could get an alternative location. Everything is super great. I had a really good experience from top to bottom.
TL;DR: Randy rocks - he listens and works to find the right thing for you The Bellamy set looks and feels great The prices were right. I have thrown the bedroom set into carts at many other furniture stores and my price here was lower by thousands of dollars I'll go here again for more pieces...
