This is an update to my previous review. I returned to look for a couple of TVs and Video Only did not disappoint. Mason was an outstanding sales rep as he educated me on the differences between OLED and QLED TVs. If you happen to be nearby, stop in and let this young man blow your mind with his technical knowledge on TVs 🤯. His price comparisons were equally impressive and convincing enough for me to purchase two 77 inch TVs and a sound bar system. I never felt pressured and, in fact, Mason even insisted that I shop around before deciding. Wow! His professional and courteous demeanor was something I talked about with nearly all my neighbors. Mason made sure I was set up with everything I needed from mounting equipment to a top notch installation professional. All at a price that completely floored me when considering today’s rising costs to purchase just about anything. I just had to write this review while watching today’s big UW and Oregon football game. I would not been able to enjoy it at this level of high quality viewing if I didn’t visit Video Only. Thank you, Mason, for such extraordinary customer service!

I happened to come across this store when looking for an HDMI cable for my TV. They're low key but offer just as much as the bigger name electronics stores. However, they're more of a bare bones store without all the glitter and shine. I got a heck of a bargain purchasing my HDMI cables here. The picture and sound from my TV and surround sound is amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. My only disappointment was that they didn't offer mounting kits for TVs and soundbars. But it's not a deal breaker to come back here for other electronic products. I have purchased every piece of equipment here over the last 15+ years, excretory for car stereo stuff. I've worked with MANY different sales people and all have been knowledgeable and don't ever seen too prideful or embarrassed to say fort instance "You know I know the basics of your question about doing __, but Tom - Hey Tom, have a minute? He's who you Really want to talk to to get those exact questions answered at all expert level"

That's enough to always come back, prices are good and I've never had a problem price matching even just pulling up a webpage on my phone. They even help carry your prayers to your car and load them.. if I could give 50 Stars I would.

So far I've bought every HDTV from them inducing the first projection units, DLP, 1080 lcd, then 1080 3D, and a bedroom TV for dirt. With the 3d tv, My large Sony amp didn't fit under my TV so I needed to unfortunately upgrade my stereo too but they don't have a restocking fee for 30 days on anything and that's the best thing they say take it home try it you got 30 days to return it for free get 100% of your money back as long as you don't damage it. I had to swap out the Blu-ray player for a Blu-ray stereo combo I just can't say enough great things about them! I went in to get an optical audio cable have me a good deal because he accidentally waited be the wing cost on the phone, but kept his word! Didn't even try to sell me on anything but I grabbed a sub n speakers piece matched both took my word on the price I saw online.

I've heard the local commercials for Video Only on the radio for most of my life but always ended up getting my TVs at BestBuy or Costco since they were closer to where I live. MISTAKE. Charlie at Video Only hooked me up with a brand new LG C1 OLED 2021 model today for $250 less than BestBuy's "sale" price (which they stated was already a $200 mark down) AND price matched Costco at the best price they ever offered on last years model (a price they even currently no longer offer in store, they hiked the price in time for Father's day...) Price alone would be worth a HUGE recommendation for Video Only but I also have to shout out their staff for actually being knowledgeable. When I called in to price check the TV I was looking for I simply could not believe the price Charlie quoted me so I asked some very technical questions to be sure he was quoting me correctly and I could not stump Charlie so I was 100% confident to get in my car and make the drive and pick up the best deal I've gotten on a new TV in my life. Having staff as knowledgeable as this helps me recommend Video Only confidently to others who may not be as tech savvy as the sales staff here will get you the right TV and/or additional equipment you need and nothing you don't. I don't write many reviews and I assure you I was never asked to write this one, I just had such a great experience and got such a great deal I felt absolutely compelled to give...
