So on 07/28/2024 I came in and ordered my usual 24 oz white coffee steam milk and large cup of ice. This morning was no different except Emily and Tara where there. This experience was one of the worst experience I have ever had to deal with over the pettiness of ice. I received the coffee on point and ice cup was tiny . I said I ordered a large cup of ice . They proceeded to tell me they would charge me for the cup after payment was ran. Now they wanted repayment of something I ordered from the beginning. I felt it had nothing to do with the cup charge, if that was such an issue than why not give me what I ordered and took out for cup then. Not insult your regular customer that is there 7 days a week sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Spending 8 bucks a pop . These two people turned out to be the two absolute rudest employees I have ever encountered since coming to various locations over a 3 year period. Emily should not be in management if she has no compassion., ethics, and business customer relations. We try to retain regular customers not lose them over a ice cup if it was such a big deal they should have charge when I first ordered. I refused to repay again and politely ask both of them for a large cup. It was really not about the cup cost cause I received two cups with my coffee in the first place. I pledge my case and concerns and was told she was management and I would be complaining to her anyway. The photos of branding their nam3s in back of my Bible and letting Jesus turn their sour Satan hearts back towards love thru prayer was the way I coped with the evilness they had towards me, as I was attending church just crossed the street from their stand. These 2 do not deserve the $1000.00 review contest with behavior like I experience today. I hope corporate reads this and takes action about retaining customers not losing customers that spend $7000.00 a year...
   Read moreDishonest establishment. We purchased a $100 gift and have been using it for the last several weeks, there was about $50 (at least) left on it. Iâve had the issue of baristas forgetting to give back our gift card after they run it, my assumption is that itâs because they keep the card until the very end because they wait to see if you tip on the receipt , then they run the card again to remove the tip, well that part is fine, the part that isnât fine is that Iâve had to ask for my gift card back so many times and this last time I forgot to ask for it and they kept it, we came back a few days later because we knew this is where it was left and they said that they didnât have it. So our guess is that one of the baristas kept it. They even checked based off our last transaction to make sure this location was the last one we were at. They had our phone number , they couldâve texted us that we left it behind. Basically they said âsorry, thereâs nothing we can doâ.    Read moreI was just there like 15 min ago and the experience was terrible. I pull up and Iâm getting stared at with puppy eyes begging to be set free from their misery. (Negative aura) if you donât like your job find a new one. Ngl I was already in a bad mood this morning but those poor miserable employees made it worse. I get to the door and itâs locked. Not that big of a deal but when they get to the door to unlock it, itâs not opened for me, no apology, no welcome in. I got no warm welcome. I felt like I was interrupting their misery. Anyway I order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and they donât have drown sugar. (Not a big deal). I ask whatâs closest to it and they are dumb founded. Just miserable stares to one another. Iâm done with this environment so I walk out and one of them starts to shout âWOOOOWWWWWâ âOKKKKKAYYYYYYYâ like come one girl we all got the vibe you didnât want to work today.
