Bev and Andy, the owners of this gorgeous home, are truly wonderful and thoughtful people. My daughter and I weren't familiar with Tacoma at all. We are staying here to go to the Pink Concert. Bev loaned us her Orca card and explained to us how and where to go on the link. They made it so easy for us. The house is absolutely spotless! It's so pretty, quiet, and very authentic. It's like you stepped into a time capsule. We stayed in the garden room, which had a beautiful view of the back yard and a relaxing claw foot bath tub. They have fresh lavender and bath salts to add to your bath. Also, bubbles! They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning when we need to stay in Tacoma. Funny story, they say there is dog on the premises, but I never saw him, heard him, or smelt him. I have allergies, too. The home is emaqulant .

We have stayed at the Chinaberry Hill twice for about 4 nights each time and both times we were quite impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the house, the charm of the individual rooms, and by the friendly and welcoming owners. In the summer, three of us stayed in the spacious Carriage suite, which provided great comfort and privacy, and a unique cottage-like décor. The suite also has a very comfortable and welcoming Jacuzzi tub that added to a truly enjoyable stay. Needing to visit Tacoma again, two of us returned to the Chinaberry Hill in the Spring and stayed in the Pantages Suite, where we were blown away by the luxury, beauty and comfort of the room. We again truly enjoyed the beautiful jacuzzi and the amazing view of the bay from the room. One of the most enjoyable parts of our visits to this Inn has been the interaction with the owners that go out of their way to make you feel at home. The care and love for their property is admirable and unique, and it has surely been a pleasure to stay at their beautiful property when we visit Tacoma as guests. We highly recommend this B&B and can't wait to...

We spent a night at Chinaberry Hill and had a wonderful time that was mostly based on our hosts Bev and Andy providing an abundance of help and care.|They put together a 2 room package for my wife and myself and my sister. We received helpful tips for getting around Tacoma. When we returned from dinner we were invited to have a smores experience around their open pit fire on an outdoor patio. Yes it was delicious! Andy helped get all our bags out to our car in the morning after our munching on some freshly baked creations with heavenly coffee. |When my wife found out she had left her sentimental and personal pillow behind, the hosts found her pillow and promptly shipped it out by UPS to our California destination. Bev and Andy were so kind!|The Inn itself is a gleaming homage to older detailed woodwork which just is not found in homes today. They have a generous amount of commons area and beautiful views from the windows. Our whole experience was very cozy and relaxed taking our cues from our wonderful hosts.|Do yourself a favor and try out this beautiful B$B. You will not be...
