Update 7/29: I ordered online thru the app at this location again tonight. I waited 20 minutes before heading in to pick up my order. I walked in to find 3 kids (employees) hanging out behind the counter in the empty store. They greeted me and I told them I was there to pick my online order for Nick. The boy said, Oh for Nick, as he walked over to the printer and pulled off the ticket that had been sitting there. Then he told me, ‘It just printed right now.’ No, it didn’t. The time on the ticket was 7:11 and it was 7:35.
The kids in this store just don’t care, and management doesn’t seem to mind. He could have easily apologized that all 3 of them had missed the order coming in, but instead he took no ownership and treated me like an idiot. They did make my sandwiches ‘freaky fast,’ but they should have been ready when I got there. There wasn’t a single customer in the store.
This sort of thing happens at this particular location every time I order there. At least this time they didn’t seem too stoned to function, and, aside from lying to me, they were friendly. I know they’re not paid a lot, but they should still show a little work ethic. ——————————————————————————
Twice in a row now this store has spaced my online order via the Jimmy John’s app. I time my orders so that our sandwiches will be delivered in time for my hungry kids when they get home from gymnastics and swimming. After waiting for my food with no updates, I call the store to find out what’s going on. It’s obvious they haven’t even started my order. And they always have some excuse that never pans out.
I understand it’s a fast food job, but it’s still a job, and these kids at this store are clearly way too stoned to do it. If you want to get a little high to cope with what’s probably not the funnest gig, go for it! But please, don’t get so stoned that you sound like Spicoli and can’t do your job. Freaky fast my @$&! Read moreWorst experience ever my family and I just moved into an apartment near jimmy jhons and we had sandwiches the other night so, I decided hey why not go again so I go into the store and wait in the line and then order my food the people in front of me are sitting at a seat so I stood by the bar stools with my arms folded waiting for my food (mind you jimmy jhons is quick and fast that's why I chose to go their tonight we needed something fast because I had to get home) so I seen how slow the kid will is making sandwiches and it's very clear that he is in training so in my head I'm like ok it might be a little longer then usual, so 10 min go by and I'm still standing their will my arms folded and will looks at me folds his arms (to imitate me) and gave me a disgusting look and did a body movement as though I shouldn't of had my arms cross (mind you they have been crossed the whole time) he said something slick as he was doing all of that and looking at me so I went off on him! I'm sorry you do not treat your customers that way then try to act like you didn't do anything the employee standing next to him in the sandwich line looked at him and said what are you doing? Read moreSitting in the parking lot as I am leaving my review at 4:38pm on 7/19/2023. As soon as i walked in it was NOT a welcoming environment. Was met with multiple stares from multiple employees instead of being greeted. There was a younger black girl who was taking our order who had an attitude as she was slamming her fingers on the computer while we were ordering. After placing my order I went to sit down, i sat down for twenty minutes waiting for my order to be placed which was only two sandwiches and a pickle. I then saw another customer come in order and get her sandwich within five minutes. This had me curious as i had been waiting for 20 minutes. Little did I know my order had been sitting because no one had mentioned it was ready they were too busy talking and giggling with each other. My food sitting waiting is what prompted me to write this review as it makes absolutely no sense why there was no communication.
