Just went through the drive thru to order 1 large coffee and 1 burrito with 2 hot sauce. They told me they would give me that total at the window. When I arrived at the window the gentleman took my card and charged it without giving me the total. They overcharged me two hash browns and asked me to let them know at the second window. No worries, things happen... When I told the manager at the second window she asked if there was something else I wanted instead of crediting my card. When I said “no thank you, just the credit back on my card” she rolled her eyes and went to refund me. The other window girl handsome a bad with 2 burritos and 2 hashbrowns. I removed the 1 burrito I ordered and handed the bag back with the remaining items. She then asked me in a vet y rude and confrontational way “are you sure that’s all you want” and proceeded in attempt to stare me down. I asked, “is there some reason for the hostility as I am just trying to pay for the items I ordered”? She turned her back towards me and the manager came over, handed me the difference in the bill, never making eye contact or apologizing, then turned around and walked away. That was the end of my experience and the last time I will ever visit this location. Breakfast should never be this difficult...

Read moreSuper Sad Experience! The drive thru was not busy at all, so I decided to grab something quick. After ordering, I pulled around to a closed and darkened window, which never opened. When the truck in front of me pulled ahead so did I. When I reached the 2nd window I handed my card to the employee. She returned with a bag of food, which was not mine. Then a male came to the window with my card and asked me again what I'd ordered. I told him and he handed me another bag, which was my order. He mentioned a refund as there was no order in the system. He asked for my card again and when he came back he asked for the bag back. He handed me my card and said, "you can leave now." He asked me why I'd ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese and asked for a refund. I reminded him, my order was a breakfast item and I had mentioned nothing about a burger or refund, he did. He ran my card and had the female employee return my card and order. Apparently, whomever was working the 1st window was off farting around instead of doing their job. And his attitude, ability to apply deductive reasoning and conflict resolution was piss poor. I'll never go back to this place, as I should have known better from previous visits. Do...
Read moreUpdate: gave this location another shot, saw in reviews they had a play place. Multiple families stopped in while we were here to disappointment that they have what looks like a permanent sign saying play place is closed. The bathrooms are unlocked, the food was good, the employees were friendly. But, the closed play place is pretty frustrating for families that are used to other locations being family friendly.
There is no excuse for management to have this restaurant be this bad. The employees I can only imagine are constantly apologizing for how in disrepair this location is. Went through the drive-thru and the screens didn't work, was told that those screens just don't work. Was told their brewing system is broken so no iced tea or iced coffee. Apparently they've been told to read the whole menu to customers. Thankfully we knew what we wanted. Their card machine is sticking out the window and you have to unbuckle/get out of vehicle to access it. Super accessible for those who are disabled. 🙄 I feel so bad for their staff since these are all issues that fall on management. Won't be returning to this location...
