The entire dining experience was off. I ordered 2 shots of Titos with a SPLASH of cranberry and a SPLASH of orange. What came out with NO ice was a glass filled almost to the top of orange and maybe a splash of cranberry. UGH. I drank it because I felt like I did not want to say anything to our waitress who clearly new. Not that that was said to us, but I could tell. I usually get a buzz within the 1st 2 sips of my drink because I don't drink often. I drank the entire thing without a buzz at all. I am pretty sure there was NO alcoholic in this $24 drink. I even took a picture of the drink because it was just so bad.!!!! My friend ordered the Prime rib. That was good. she ordered the Pea salad that was good and the asparagus with Bernice sauce. The asparagus came out on a plate with NO sauce, they were taken back to the kitchen to return a short while later. I ordered the Dijon chicken, which was not bas but Salty. My favorite part of the dinner was the spinach. BUT this was a failure also as there was literally 1 fork full of spinach. REALLY... THEY CAN’T AFORD AT LEAST 3 BITES OF SPINICH?? I ate 3 bites of my chicken (because of the salt content) and I was done. I would have let the wait staff known if they had come back to ask about the food. but by the time she had comeback over it had been at least 20 minutes and at that pointe all I wanted was water. Which was never offered to me. I had to ask for it. We then had to ask for the dessert menu, (we are now into this dinner 2 hours.) We don't mind hanging out and talking, but...I would assume after 2 hours a dessert menu would have been offered. We ordered the carrot cake, only to be told they don’t have carrot cake. OK, that would have been nice to know before deciding. We ordered the choc molten cake and a side of Ice cream. and 2 decaf coffees and cream. The desert came about 20 minutes later, and we had to ask again for coffee as in the 20 minutes she was gone NO coffee was given to us. About 15 minutes later the waitress came back over to ask if we wanted more coffee, The waitress then stated IF we want more coffee, she will need to make another pot. We both declined as we were there at this point for 3 hours. You would think the bad dinner was done, but there is MORE. On Black Friday I had purchased a $100 gift card that came with 2 $20 rewards cards. I gave them all to pay the check. When the waitress came back, she handed me the new total and said the 2 rewards cards had nothing on them. At this point all I could do is laugh. Because this dinner from beginning to end was just BAD! I insisted they figure this out because I had not used them and as you can clearly see here, they are. with my receipt of purchase. After another 15 minutes she came back to the table and said they figured it out and they forgot to add it as a rewards card. UGH... This entire experience was just BAD!! and we NO view at our table. Which is a huge reason for wanting to eat here. I did ask in the beginning if we could sit at a table with a view (we are in the bar) they let us know that these were reserved for overflow customers from the restaurant. BUT when I called to make reservations, I was told that the bar was 1st come 1st served. I don't mind paying for a good dinner. BUT this was NOT a good dinner on so many levels. 08/09/25 6:45pm reservation We came in tonight for our 5th anniversary. Greeted at the host stand about 20 feet from the door, I scanned to find who was welcoming us. With a bright smile the host received our reservation and wished us a happy anniversary. A few mins later we are notified our seat is ready by another team member who wished us a happy anniversary. As we sat and enjoyed the scenery we waited For our server to come by as we looked over the cocktail menu and food options. The dining room was already quite full as they were in prime dinner service, our waiter took our drink and appetizer orders but seemed to be a bit nervous, undivided or new as she stumbled over her words a few times. It took a little over 10 mins to get our drinks because the bartender was solo and backed up, I appreciate our server letting us know twice that it would be a little longer. We received some delicious focaccia bread as we waited for our drinks. An hour later we finally got our appetizer sampler plate, the server came by two times apologizing for the delay but the kitchen was backed up. Notably it was a busy service and things seemed rocky but we are understanding patrons. The placed our food order the first time our server returned to tell us the apps were going to be a little longer. We received our food 13 mins prior to our apps. Everything was so delicious. Sampler plate: Bao-3/5 steak was a bit chewy but the onions are fantastic. Coconut prawns-4. 5/5 very tasty and the sauce was great Crab dip- excellent! But I'll ask for focaccia bread instead of crostinis * Pine nut crusted shrimp and lobster alfredo 4/5 I appreciate the chef taking the consideration to prepare this dish without nuts for us as my partner has a nut allergy. Everything was great but the sauce was sort of broken and very thin not sticking to the noodles. Trio sampler plate- 3.5./5 tonight. The shrimp were over grilled and nearly burnt on some pieces, the carrots were practily dry and over cooked to a crispy and VERY salty. The potatoes and salmon and beans were nice though my partner recommended whipped potatoes to go for that more upscare feel. She also got the crab bearnaise which I thought was fantastic. I loved the fried capers! We had the impresso martini and the dessert espresso drink as well. Both 5/5 Spicy Prickly pear Marg 5/5 10 year port 5/5 can't wait to try the others Focaccia bread 5/5 Creme brulee was 5/5 perfect! So great All in all a great experience, we would come again. 2 people, 2 drinks, 1 app, 2 entrees and 2 dessert rounded out $200 before tip.

My Husband and I had been recommended here for our two year anniversary and I was so very glad we had went. Setting up the reservation for the 1st was simple and easy, we did it through the online site. It was easy to navigate and had perfect times. There was almost no parking when we arrive for our reservation, but luckily got a spot in the back row. We were graciously accepted even 5 minutes past our reserved time and seated within ten minutes. Our Server, Lilly, was amazing. She was very kind and most excellent in helping make decisions on food and drink items. We went ahead and had some classic mix drinks while also sampling the balvenie Scotch 12 year doublewood, which was absolutely amazing in scent and flavor, smoothest scotch we ever had. We had both gone with seafood for our choice of meal, and had the country fried Calamari for our appetizer, which was beautifully fried with a perfect crunch and the sauces had great complimentary flavor. While my husband was addiment on the beer batter fish and chips, which had a golden brown crust and fresh homemade tartar to go with it. I myself had gone with the Alaskan Halibut with mashed Turnip and Celery root puree and a sour apple garnish. I was a little hesitant at first as I don't like celery and I've never had Turnip, but it was probably one of the most exquisite fish dishes I've ever tasted. Everything paired wonderfully on the plate, I was temped to lick it clean. I wish I could get the recipe, but im sure its a guarded secret. After being stuffed with the Entres, we took the chance and rolled the dice with dessert, and it was well worth being over full. He had the NY style Cheese cake and I got the Lava cake. Again, the fun little garnishes and coulis were the perfect pair to the main dessert and would have 100 times again before I could possible get sick of it. All the items were so amazing that we each provided a sample from one another, and were brightly amazed by the quality of everything. It was even a beautiful view out the window and into the kitchen. You guys made it a spectacular night and we hope to dine with you again soon.

I hate to leave this review but this place has always been a great place to eat at but on April 12th night shift the manager wearing purple was super rude. We made a reservation for 9pm we understand that they close at 9pm so we called and spoke to someone asked them if it would be okay to book a reservation at 9pm they said yes but that there would be a grace period of 15 min from 9pm. We got there at 9:11pm my husband dropped me off went to go park the car and I checked in the girl receiving people was very friendly she told the lady in purple “this is the party of 4 that had the reservation” the lady in purple rudely starts saying that they called us twice to tell us that they would not sit us if the whole party was not here so I told her twice the rest of the party is outside parking she reiterated that they would not sit us unless the party was all there at the same time that they wouldn’t sit us. My husband told her “ you did not tell me you wouldn’t sit us, you said that we had a grace period of 15 minutes from 9pm it’s 9:13pm” she reiterated the same thing she had already told me before. as our sister and mother were walking in at 9:15 we decided to walk out. This manager was so rude and very unprofessional I understand if she needed to express what ever she was saying but she could have said it in a professional and friendly way her job is customer service and I work in customer service she definitely did not appreciate the business we had to offer and sucks that you guys lost any future business. We will make sure to not refer any friends here as well and we are well known to the public. I’m writing this not for people to stop going but for hopefully upper management to see this review and hopefully help her work on her presentation to her customers that are there to give her business. That was her only job “ good customer service”.again everything would have been okay with us if she just did it with a...
