They stole my money. I bought an item online through their store from the goodwill app. It was 2 pokemon games. It’s been over a month and I never received the order. I reached out a number of times, but they have ghosted me and refuse to respond. I have reached out to corporate to correct the situation. Hopefully corporate will fix it.

After spending a tremendous amount of money on the way out the door the Tacoma store manager asked if I was going to pay for items in my handbag then proceeded to kick us off the property I've never been so embarrassed in my life .
