This placed is the worse Starbucks around the area. The morning manager is mean. I had been waiting for 20 mins for my mobile order, I wait 10 mins for grill cheese, and 10 more mins for my drink but never showed up. I knew they were busy during that time, however, I just asked them nicely if they have my drink because I need to go. She said she is manager and all drinks must be in order. I got it, but I did order 5 mins before group of 15 people showed up and half of them got their drinks. And you know what, mobile order print out one by one , she need pulled out the first in print to continue print the next and pull out the next order for the after , she has not collect the mobile order, when I asked her about my drink , she pull out almost 5-6 in store orders had been ignored. That mean I am still waiting for another 10-20 mins for my drink. The lady called herself is manager was very rude, she was making and cleaning dirty cup and flashing water every where, she pulled whip creams into the sink and flashing out to all counter and to customers who are waiting. Nitro brew station was leaking coffee and running brown liquid all over. Couple month ago,when I was in line for drive thru order at 6:15 pm, they told me they are closed but there store closed our us 6:30 pm. I was the last car in-line , so even I did not get order but still waiting for 15 mins to get thru because I could not back up my car. Read moreI asked for a Frappuccino with caramel sauce in it for my daughter. The person taking my order asked, with caramel in it? I assumed it was the same from the last time I ordered. When I got up to the window. I asked if this shows caramel on the outside? Andrew proceeds to tell me "that's why I asked you." Then he schools me on the differences on how I should ask for it next time, even though he didn't in the beginning when i ordered it.
I said my daughter likes it with the caramel along the outside. I asked if they already made it? Andrew says yes, and I said oh well nevermind. Then Andrew says he can put it in there, it's easy. So I said oh cool ok. Then I get my receipt and he charged me extra for it! That was extremely poor customer service! Andrew didn't even mention he was going to charge me again. I just think that's crazy, I could have said to remake it and you would have lost money, but instead, you charge me more! However, because the sheer inconsistency of their drinks they only get 2 stars. 1 example out of many: One day I can get a Nitro cold brew and it's perfect. A couple days later, I get one and it's half ice. What the heck? Its not even suppose to have ice. So now this expensive drink is half ice and watered down. Gee golly, thanks. I would say something at the time of purchase personally, but my sweet husband sometimes gets me a drink on his way home from work. He didn't know. I was a barista for years...we all make mistakes, it happens. But again, the sheer amount of times it happens at the 72nd Starbucks is kind of mind blowing. You all have recipe cards you can follow.
