I wish I could give this o stars! I ordered my food around lunch time and I got the food thinking it was going to be delicious, because of course it looks great. Presentation was good, but when I put the Mongolian Beef in my mouth it was so much salt on it that my tongue was burning. So I thought ok maybe it was an accident and then proceeded to try another part of the food and the same thing, so much salt it could kill a slug. I pray that whoever poured a whole bottle of salt on my food sees this message and gets a good laugh, your mission was accomplished. Business owners should be very careful who they hire to cook, because it could mean you loose business. This establishment has definitely lost my business. I returned the food and got a refund God willing. The older lady that took my order pretended as if though she didn't understand English when I brought the food back in. Then she acted as if she lost the receipt I handed her. The food may be good if you dine in(I dont know) , but be very weary if you order to go. Never again will I eat there.

Oh my gosh! You have got to try this place….on second thought, maybe not because then it will be too busy and I won’t be able to get a seat. Their food is absolutely amazing! We were seated quickly and I really liked the atmosphere. They were playing soft jazz music, which was really nice. The waiter was very friendly and helpful when we were asking about the menu. I ended up ordering the Teriyaki Tofu and my husband got the Kung Pao Tofu, which was wonderful. The tofu was in little bite size pieces and super crispy. The sauce was so good and I wanted to eat the whole plate. The prices were also very reasonable, which is much appreciated. I will definitely come back here again!

This use to be my go to place for teriyaki. I understand inflation however I was flabbergasted when I asked for Sriracha when dining in and they told me it would be an extra $1. The salad was iceberg but it was literally the center of the lettuce. As you can see it barely has any green color. Be warned this is a order at counter and food is delivered to the table. If I had known about the extra charge I probably would have not tipped in cash before hand. Seating was ample that is why they got 3 stars.

I went to this restaurant yesterday and purchased lunch for me and my family. We ordered three meals at around 3:30pm. My two sisters ordered the tempura/ teriyaki combos and I ordered the spicy chicken. Great flavor but I got sick 🤢. Really sick!!! Definitely food poisoning 🤮. I have been nasuseous, bloated with sharp pains in my stomach all day. 😒😒 I went to the restaurant today to explain my situation and requested that they give me a partial refund. I showed them my receipt and bank statement. Some lady made a phone call and later said they were unable to help me. Brushing off my health situation was really really rude. Invalidating the discomfort I am in shows that they're not being accountable for their kitchen's sanitation. It's a horrible experience to spend money and get 🤢 especially because it's almost Christmas. I would beware about going to this restaurant. They do horrible with...

Also got served old preheated old dry food & it was 3 times in a row... Called to complain and was told no one else is complaining and to go post a comment... so I am . My family spins between $50-$80 a week religiously at this restaurant. Because of lack of resolve and continuous bad product ,and let me be clear it's not all of their dishes it's just these particular dishes and it's spicy chicken and cashew chicken. Super Super DISAPPOINTED. Now looking for NEW Pan American teriyaki restaurant to spend my hard-earned cash & they will not get another cent. Hate to do this but there’s a Sushi, Ramen, Teriyaki spot near Target off of highway 16 on Union st. Named Yaki Raki & if it wasn’t for the poor service & bad food I would’ve never discovered this amazing place so hats off to Wok Teriyaki! Yaki Raki is all that & a must try!!!! 10...
