It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. The place was not very clean nor inviting. When I arrived there were no other customers and the salesman who looked to be the owner was sitting in his chair at the front of the store reading something. He did not rise or greet me and never once smiled. He had a stern look and demeanor that made me feel uncomfortable. I was hoping this would change as I smiled. He immediately asked me, "May I help you?" But not in a way as to show me around. But as if I did not belong there. He was very unfriendly. I continued to smile and I told him I was looking for a nice washer and dryer set, and wanted to look around. This is when he rose from his chair and followed me. He tried to interest me in a dryer without the matching washer. I told him I wasn't interested. But if he might have whirlpool, he said no. I asked him about Hotpoint, or G.E., he says.."No Hotpoint, no G.E., only LG and Samsung. I told him I wasn't interested in Samsung but would take a look at the LG models. Upon viewing the few he had the prices were not as advertised on the web post stating that the appliance were like 50% off for appliances that were open box or perhaps had a small dent in them, or ppl simply had changed their minds and sent back to the store. In fact these appliances were retailed about the same and more than what you find in Lowes, Home Depot etc. So NO DEALS HERE! AND VERY SMALL SELECTION. AND IN ADDITION TO THAT I'D RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A ZERO. It was not a very pleasurable experience. I have no clue why the ratings are good here because it was very much the opposite for me and I tried to change the very chilly atmosphere but this time it didn't work, despite my efforts.

I definitely would not recommend this place to shop for a good affordable quality washer and dryer. Or any appliance for that matter. The customer service, the selection, and the cleanliness of the store was all bad. It looked like a poorly used furniture store that has...

I'm an active duty service member that went here to purchase a washer and dryer. I bought a very expensive washer and dryer it was delivered. Once installed a day later the dryer went out and the inside was fried. I called the store back to get my dryer fixed or refunded and got a very rude response from John. He did not honor his warranty and refused to give me a refund after just purchasing the machine 3 days ago. They are not cheaper than any other appliance store. They don't give you the parts needed for install and you have to pay extra for install and delivery. Avoid this place...

Don’t do business here! Customers are an inconvenience for them! Called to find out if they had a specific make and model of refrigerator and the man said “We have over 60 refrigerators just come check them out.” I live over an hour away and I know the model I want. I don’t want to “just come check them out” I wanted to know if they had the specific one I wanted before I drove and wastes my gas and time. I was ready to buy the unit today it if they had it, but they couldn’t take a couple minutes to check their inventory. What a joke...
