My husband and I went in on New Years Day around 3. The place was less than 1/4 full. We found a table in the bar and waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We give our order without seeing a menu. At least 39 minutes go by and a guy dropped our two trays on the table and walked away. We had no plates or napkins. After 10 minutes we are able to catch our waitress and ask for what we needed. We wait and wait and then see her cleaning tables. We stop her and ask for the napkins and plates. She said it “slipped her mind”. Wings and fries are now cold. I go to the front desk and ask for the manager. The girl at the podium pointed him out. He was visiting with people at another table and continued to do so for another 15-20 minutes. The waitress finally drops by our things without saying a word and my husband told her she was very rude. She tells him he’s rude. She runs to the manager. He then stops to visit with people at the bar who clearly know him. They were discussing children and his days at Ole Miss playing football, supposedly. He finally makes his way to our table and says he understands we got off to a rocky start. Ya think? Told us to have a Happy New Year. That was it. Didn’t ask what happened. I guess he chose to believe his waitress. No “The customer is always right” at this place. She finally drops our bill off and apologizes for being rude. She said she was tired, was supposed to go home 2 hours ago and then says we were the rudest customers she ever had. Wow. My first thought was, “Do you know how many out of work waiters and waitresses would kill to be able to work two hours past shift?!” We have kids who are servers. We always treat them correctly. I will never step foot in this place. If I were you, I wouldn’t either. Food is always SLOW coming out. They have a horrible manager who allows...
Read moreTo start, We waited 10 minutes to get drinks after being seated. I finally had to get up and ask the bar tender for my beer that was just sitting there getting warm. (Bar tender also brought us our water) I ordered onion rings and fried pickles to start. (Side note: I had over 2,500 points to redeem) The first part of the order was OK but not the best,( I didn’t complain about the two starters) I ordered 10 bone in wings and they were the worst wings I’d ever eaten here (dried out and had a bad flavor! The carrots and celery had brown ends and looked old as well.(complained about them and when replaced with new they didn’t look much better. We asked to get tab… upon getting tab we applied the points, but I was still overcharged $6.49, we asked for the manager at this point. Manager (female) arrived to explain bill and overcharges and corrected the fist problem after NOT LISTENING or hearing what we were trying to explain to her, she had a very bad attitude about these over charges and made us feel like we didn’t know basic math! After manager fixed that problem they said I still owed around $2.50 when I asked her what that was for she said she didn’t know why?! The waitress and the manager were laughing at us when we were leaving…They are very bad representatives of this establishment. I will be calling corporate Monday. Also the points that they took from me I...
Read moreUPDATE - We went by there for lunch today since my boys begged me for All You Can Eat Wings. 7/10/2024 Lunch
Waitress was AMAZING Madi did a great job. Wings were a little dry, tots were on point.
So I raised my rating from one to four stars basically on the back of Madi and the service we received.
We quit going to the Muskogee BWW because of the poor service and started going to the Tahlequah location about five years ago because it was MUCH better. Well not so fast.
However our last three visits or so have been poor. Last night, I had to go find our waitress twice to get our drinks filled, tea ad water, (they were not busy) as she was standing around with about four other employees just visiting.
We all had wings on the BOGO special, which is misleading in itself, but that's another topic. Wings were subpar compared to ;previous visits. All were very dry, overcooked. We were charged for eight ranch dressings, we didn't ask for eight but were charged $1.50 per.
Our bill for four of us was over $160, I was floored but hey, my fault for not being clear on our orders or understanding the BOGO.
BWW has lost our business once again, we'll save our wing craving...
