If a man named Frank does your nails leave…horrible job he rushed and when other employees showed him his mistakes and asked him to fix it he just left the store. This was my bday present and it’s bad . I had to go to Sunshine Nails to have them soaked off and fixed. Mimi said she wasn’t in charge and could only give me a $10 off card when the nails were $50.. come to find out she’s the co owner and could have made the situation better but refused and wanted me to pay for Franks time but no one wanted to pay me for my time sitting there and repeatedly asking for help and was ignored. It was dirty and just looked janky inside. A nail tech at sunshine told me they had to fix a 9 yr old nails that Frank did and she also ended up on antibiotics because he cut her so deep, and it got infected (probably because things are not sterilized) I can’t express how dirty it seemed in there . Sunshine nails in Tahlequah was BEAUTIFUL inside and the nail techs there was amazing!! Prices are even better there too!! Beware of this place guys, save yourselves the $...
Read moreVery rude and understaffed salon. I would NOT recommend to anyone. It took 2 hours for a dip, at my usual salon (Oscar Nails in Muskogee, but due to flooding i was unable to go there) I can get a dip, lip and eyebrow wax, and toes painted in an hour. From the time i walked in, until the time i walked out they were rude and unprofessional. The nail tech doing my nails put foil on my fingers to remove the dip i had previously had on, and instead of painting my toes while I waited for the dip to be soaked off, she completely started and finished someone else’s nails. She was constantly on her phone, not only while I was sitting there, but while she was working on others. Because she took so long doing only my fingernails, i ran out of time to do my toes. I will NOT be returning to this salon anytime soon. Not to mention the fact that two of my nails have cracked and chipped in the first few hours of...
Read moreI've been going to Em & Em nails for several years, even at their old location. The nail techs have changed multiple times but I've been pleased with 95% of the nail techs I've had. Of course, I have my favorite techs and request them when I make an appt, but when not available, I've still received good service. I regularly use their pedicure service and their acrylic nails with gel polish. I tip according to service: never less than $5 and as high as $20 per service. I'm writing this review in May 2021 and Em & Em are staying VERY busy. I strongly suggest making an appt from now until the fall. If the answering machine answers, DON'T leave a message because they tell me it doesn't work OR they don't know how to work it. Anyway, keep trying until you get...
