Today I left instructions to leave the order on the front porch. Daniel the driver sat In his car honking his car horn for several minutes. I finally appear and during the interaction he says he cant open the gate. The latch is a older latch and very simple to operate. In the past I will wait for the driver to arrive and just meet them outside. Daniel said he was expecting me to do the same today. But if he had read the ticket to leave on the porch. This review would've been avoided. In other recent orders in the last month 2 times when I opened the pizza box all the pizza slices were toppled all over each piece. Like it was dropped or turned onto its side. I let those times slide. But again here we are. Read moreEven though the food is okay I'm upset with the service. For starters I wasn't able to track my delivery driver, this is very minor but to me it's unnerving after many accounts of food being stolen because the driver thinks it's the best way to take it out on their job. Secondly my food wasn't handled with care one box was delivered completely upside down. Lucky enough it was only lava cakes and there wasn't much damage. What concerns me the most is I specifically asked for no contact delivery because I tested positive for covid yesterday. Mrs. Charles called and claimed that she couldn't find our apartment, we were happy enough to help guide her but she bugged us to meet her outside at first 50 feet away from our home then she settled for meeting us by the stairs.
