Morgan's Bakery should be declared a local landmark. They are known for their tiger and iced cookies. Many people love these almost-sugar-kind-of-shortbread cookies and there are those of us that do not. Because the price per cookie is steep, my suggestion is to taste one before buying multiples. Morgan's cakes are good. Most people like their donuts and breakfast treats. My absolute favorite item at Morgan's is their cream horns. Perfection! I make trips to town (I'm 20-25 minutes rural) for cream horns and add other errands to ease my guilt. The cream horns are so flaky, it's near impossible to eat one and not wear a bit of it --- and worth every napkin to dust off. I think their eclairs are also delicious but very rich -- my second favorite item. I love to serve both cream horns and eclairs for small group meetings and dinner parties of 6-8 guests. I often halve the cream horns and eclairs so my guests can choose both -- and most do. Both the cream horns and eclairs are $3-4 each. Through the 40 years I've lived in the Tahlequah area, I've had very good counter service and most usually from the younger staff. Depending on where you are in line (yes, there is occasionally a line of 2-3 people), you might have a wait of ten minutes because it's not easy to make choices if you are a newbie. The staff is patient and I've never felt rushed. I hope you stop at Morgan's and find something that makes you want to go back again. It is certainly worth the visit.

This bakery has the BEST cream horns in the world!!! The filling is like a light wedding cake icing. And the entire cream horn is fresh and flaky. They melt in your mouth!! They also have the best 4 O’clock cookies and fudge fancies I’ve ever tasted!! ā£ļø

I did a last minute request (ordered on Thursday for Saturday morning) I placed my order she said that it would be no problem. What I asked for at that time was 30 cupcakes work rainbows, 16, and color guard flags. She asked me to send her the flags via text and she would print them out and put them on the cupcakes. After the phone call my child said she would rather just have the flags and rainbow icing. So I texted the picture as requested and said all she wants us the flags on rainbow icing. I didn't get a confirmation text so in Saturday morning I texted and said I didn't get a confirmation so I want to make sure you got my text. She said she had. When I went to pick them up they tried to charge me over 10 dollars more and the cupcakes looked horrible. Each cupcake had a different color icing (supposed to be rainbow) and there were print out of the flags that didn't even fit in the icing. One looked like it had been nibbled on and one was crushed. I took the cupcakes because I didn't want to go empty handed. Some of the cupcakes had baked out of the paper cups and we're lopsided. Once everyone got their cupcakes I was questioned on where they came from because they did not look professional and they were overdone and dry. I texted about the look of the cupcakes and was in short told thank you for your feedback. Would...

So got my husband's bday cake made by them. He was really looking forward to it since many months. However the flavor was not the one I asked for I asked for lemon rasberry but they only put raspberry. I asked for white chocolate icing and they did clearly white butter cream.

When I called to ask what went wrong they tried to fool me by saying that the white chocolate was there when clearly it was not, I'm not blind and my taste buds are intact. They also said that lemon flavor finished so they couldn't put it in. Well couldn't you just have told me when I came to pick the cake.

The cakes are good and I love the donuts however it's sad they misbehave with customers by saying it was there when it wasn't . Clearly "bad attitude" .They could ve just said sorry it wasn't there we forgot, ingredient finished etc but I'm really disappointed. Their bakeries items are good by the way nothing...
