Absolute laughable experience. Placed an online order. It was ready for pickup when we arrived, but had chocolate milk instead of the white milk I ordered with the kids meals. The worker nearest the counter (white female, purple hair, 40s/50s) was on her phone, but I asked her for white milk and she stated that they only had chocolate and offered that or a fountain drink instead. I said that my young kids only drank water and white milk, and could I please have an apple sauce instead of the chocolate milk? She stated that she could only give me apple JUICE instead. When I told her that I only got the kids meals for the white milk and asked to get a refund and do the cheaper 5 piece tender instead, she got very rude and stated that she had no way of changing it since it was an online order. She raised her voice and said she would need to take the kids meals back, refund the app, ring it up again and it would take 6 minutes to make more chicken tenders. She was very abrasive and insisted that she could not give us anything to make it right. The roast beef was room temp and the kids tenders were tiny and burnt to a crisp. Icing on the cake was no CocaCola at the fountain.

Update on our last experience... We ordered through drive through & Dominique took our order. She asked if we wanted to donate to a charity & we told her no. After we paid & got our receipt, I noticed there was a 33-cent charity round up charge. When we asked why we were charged, the girl handing us our food laughed & said she didn't know what it was. She asked if we wanted it removed, but we were already in a hurry & declined. But that is theft. How many other people has she done that to just today? The fries were not fresh either. So sad that this will be our last time there because I don't trust that they won't try stealing from us again. Wonderful experience. Had an order for 5 people & everything was correct, hot, & fresh! The general manager was working the drive thru window & was an absolute delight to interact with. When we left, we noticed our kids' meal had been upgraded from a 4 piece to a 6 piece & we were given apple sauce & fries. 😁 They even threw in another order of nuggets to the bag! Would definitely recommend it. We will be back when we are in the area again.

The look on her face was disgusted, and she mumbled something. Two minutes later, she yelled out the name on my order, and I returned for my food. But it wasn't just my order but other customers that she was curt to. I mentioned it as I walked out, and another guest just shook his head. Needless to say, we won't be back for a while. 🤷‍♀️😔. I guess I should mention that I did hear some talk about them being short handed and ppl calling in that day BUT.. still no excuse for awful customer service. You make things work and use people's strong suits. She's NOT FRONT COUNTER MATERIAL!!!

Yesterday was a bad day for us at one of my clients' favorite places. The cashier, who, according to my receipt, was Cynthia, had no business what so ever working the front counter. I was unaware of the new management food items, I have been to Arby's in Florida in out of FL and mostly the sandwiches were cold cut so I ordered based on my knowledge. When I received my order I was disappointed to find that to there were no veggies and the size of the sandwich had slightly decreased. I was expecting cold cut chicken but instead received a fried chicken thingy. I did not want to interrupt the flow of business with my concerns so I just asked for an exchange for sweet potato fries. Then cashier name Sandy rung it up. I didn't understand why I had to pay for the pain that was handed to me directly and indirectly. Nevertheless, I started feeling uncomfortable ordering or stating what I wanted. I'm not easily intimidated but when there is opposition of some sort I can feel it. While dining some inappropriate comments were made. She even came over to me and accused me of not paying for my drink. I explained to her I had my own cup and it was ice. I didn't want smoke with Mamalade so instead of voicing all my concerns I decided to leave a review. To make an improvement in customer servicer the cashier should be more suggestive in a professional manner about the changes to food items and the menu should specify whether it's cold cut or fried. Option to add veggies to sliders. The taste wasnt the best. Again I expect cold cut chicken but received something different. Order time was "magical". Interior and exterior was fairly clean and inviting despite the opposition. I dined in to observe/witness other interactions between customer and associates to make sure there were no discriminatory or acts or retaliation and I wasn't being...

You asked for feedback- this is the only place I found to leave that. Pulled into lot around 2pm and say about 8 cars in the drive through so I went in. I stood there for what felt think 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Watched a cashier take a sandwich back to the "cook"( and the only cook I saw) to discuss what was wrong with it. You could hear the dismay and frustration from the cook. Mind you one cook and 4 cashier's. So I decided to try the drive through again. Got in and waited for many minutes and not one car moved but I was also going to be trapped the way the parking lot is. I have been waiting all year for the orange shake and that was all I wanted. I walked back in, saw a cashier staring at the cook waiting for food. I asked if I could just get a shake I didn't want anything cooked. I was told to wait a minute as the cashier continues to glare at the cook. Finally someone went to help the cook, I was able to the order my shake and leave. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years I know exactly what was going on, but the fact that it impacted every guest inside it out is not good for your business. Since you are the only Arby's in the area it probably doesn't really matter that much. Alright y’all, so my husband is not a fan of Arby’s, AT ALL. After a lot of convincing, I bugged him into getting the new loaded chicken ranch mac and cheese. Of course while we’re there we order meals for us and our baby girl. The people were SO kind, even though we came in later than I’m sure they liked. They were quick to get our food out. And it was hot, fresh, and delicious. My husband even enjoyed his meal. We ALL loved the new loaded Mac and cheese, and the fries and mozzarella sticks were cooked to perfection. I also got the Buffalo chicken slider and it was the perfect amount of Buffalo to ranch ratio, I’m not even joking. The ladies we had the pleasure of meeting in the front were so courteous and sweet, that we even had a full conversation about where we were headed from and what brought us to town. They didn’t rush us at all, and were even willing to let us stay - happily, might I add - if we weren’t done with our meal yet, even though it was time for them to start locking up. I WHOLLY recommend this Arby’s. I’ve always loved Arby’s and have been to a large amount of them in my 25 years of life, but this has genuinely been the best experience with best quality food I’ve EVER had at an Arby’s before.
