If I could go lower than one star I would. Employees were rude. I ordered 2 PC fish with shrimp and crab combo. It is one of the main attractions right there on the menu on the wall behind the counter. In fact, there are very few other choices. She said they were out of crab but I could get an extra piece of fish instead which would have been 3 fish. When she brought the plate she says, "he put one extra shrimp on there." Of course there was no crab. But there was only one piece of fish. I said (nicely), "this is not what I ordered", because it wasn't even the right fish. It looked liked cornmeal catfish or something instead of the battered kind of fish. Then she started waving the receipt in front of my face while I was seated at my table and said really loud she could not put another fish on there like I was the stupid one and didn't know what I ordered which got the attention of the other people sitting in the dinning room. Same lady in here.. rude could care less about customer service.. found crab shell in green beans. As I watched them make our food they used the same spoon for every side. Our portions was embarrassing mean while sitting in lobby eating and watched them make other order so full couldn't close the box. I literally had 6 fries in my box. Approach counter to ask for crunches that I asked for when I placed my order.. after standing there a minute the lady said what you want.. I then asked for them again. Now sitting at the counter for 5 mins I walked back to my seat and NEVER received them. Workers walking around with shoes half on.kitchen looked nasty..I'm not sure who is running this place now but they definitely have no business running it. Read moreI have been to several different captain D’s in several different states and several different cities. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Not only were all three staff members extremely rude, but the manager was not there and her assistant manager kept shouting how she hadn’t been there for over 30 minutes. I purchased the salmon dinner and there wasn’t even enough rice for the bottom of the plate. When I said that, I would just be happy with a refund all three employees shouted “oh Lord”. I’m sure that I don’t need to explain to anyone the shouting oh Lord in a condescending way to a customer is rude. I waited inside for around seven minutes. The assistant manager said to the cook, whose pants were sagging, so he had to keep pulling them up, “I talked to her. She said she wanted a refund. I did my job.”
On top of all of that, the manager never showed up. I already know at least 15 people that refuse to go to this specific captain D’s. Now I see why.
