D.P. Dough — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I would like to start by saying the owner is a great person and knows how to provide excellent customer service. I've been a regular here for just about 4 months and I have tried almost everything on the menu.

The calzones are all pretty bad, and the cheese used isn't very flavorful or beneficial to the meal. In my opinion, the best thing to order on the menu is probably the DP Dunkers in Sweet Chili sauce. It should be noted that the last time I ordered this, 1/4 of the dunkers were burnt and they skimped out on the sweet chili smother. Most of the time, the food is late and often comes burnt.

I'd like to add that the food was very cheap but lines can get long especially at night. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat and you're by this side of town, SURE, stop in and grab a bite. But, it is really nothing to rave for...No need to go out of...

Good food but my server was so high she could barely take my order. I asked for mozzarella sticks and she then proceeded to serve me cheesy bread without thinking to let me know I mistook the bread for mozzarella sticks when ordering. I also asked what drinks they have and she responded “I don’t know, It’s just my first day here” and just looked at me, but didn’t ask anybody else around her for help. I ended up not even being able to get a drink because she couldn’t tell me what they had. She literally had her head down the entire time because she was so high it was actually ridiculous how incapable she was of even taking my order. I believe the server was “ARP” as noted on my receipt. I usually wouldn’t care if a server is high, but at least be able...

First of all, It is absolutely absurd this place only has 3.6 stars!! All I had was the classic mix calzone they had called the roni-zoni with just cheese and pepperoni, and some cheese sticks, best decisions ever made. I’d gladly call this one of the best meals I’ve ever had, top 3 even. I CANNOT wait to go again and bring more friends to this place, it deserves to be at the top of the ladder, the crème de la crème. I was originally supposed to go to the club across the street but got sidetracked and I’m sure the decision to go here was far superior to the alternative.
