Z Baked — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I would just like to say that this Z-Baked exhibits very poor customer service and that my friends and I will not be ordering from Z-Baked again. My friends and I called to ask about getting change back for a cash order (we had tipped online, something we obviously should not have done) and we were told that we would be able to receive change for our order. When the delivery girl came to our door, she took the money and left so quickly that my friends did not have the opportunity to ask her about getting change back. So not only did the delivery woman scam us out of our change, but when I called to complain I was laughed at and very obviously lied to when the person I spoke to told me that the delivery driver would be "punished." He then proceeded to quickly hang up before I was able to tell him that I was not looking for her to be punished, just for the service to be corrected in the future. If I could find a corporate number for this establishment online, I would call and try to get them to take some kind of disciplinary action against this location's poor customer service. the cookies came warm and fresh and quicker than the estimated hour delivery time by a half hour. The strawberry shortcake cookie was fluffy and pretty good till the last few bites, very sweet so I wouldn't recomend buying more than one. The Twix cookie was down right 5 stars amazing!! The chocolate was still melting when I had it delivered! The sweet and salty chunk cookie was pathetic however. It looked nothing like the picture and wasn't really sweet or salty, it was just filled with nuts and maybe half a pretzel. It looked like the person who made it just bunched all the ingredients into a ball before cooking. The service isn't as bad as people claim it is and it is never late for me, always about 30-45 minutes early! I love the company and the idea behind it but the food needs to be more thought out. Service is horrible and the management is extremely rude when you try and report a problem. Also, the delivery drivers try to scam you out of more money for a tip even if you tip online. I wanted change from my order, after ordering and tipping online, and when the driver got there, she just took my money and ran off and never gave me my change. To top it all off, the order was also completely wrong. I called the store to complain but as soon as I started talking I heard people laughing in the background.
