I would not give this KFC any stars, but they did provide clean paper plates. My husband and I have eaten at this KFC several times, but the last two times were so bad I felt compelled to write this review. We always buy their buffet. On this visit, we again bought the buffet which closes down at 8 pm. We arrived at 7 pm, plenty of time, we thought, to enjoy a fried chicken dinner. There were 3 chicken legs left on the buffet. When my husband picked up the tongs to get these legs, the lady behind the counter told him that she needed them, that he could not have them. Apparently, she needed them to fill a drive-through order. We paid for a buffet, the whole buffet. This food should not be used for a drive-through order! Needless to say, we were told they were making more, but they never came 30 minutes later. I was very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the buffet. Very little of mashed potatoes, cole slaw, no vegetables, no fried chicken that we prefer to eat (even after asking for legs and chicken wings). None of the food on the buffet was fresh nor did anyone replace any of the food. The girl told us is was too close to 8 pm. If after 7 pm, nothing gets replaced... period.
The attitude of one in particular girl behind the counter was shocking. She's waited on us before several times and has always going out of her way to get whatever we needed/wanted. It's been a while since we've been in, so maybe she didn't remember or maybe had a bad day, but that doesn't makeup for the barely-there buffet items or the requested chicken.

Read moreI ordered a "value meal with 2 extra crispy drumsticks." Before I could finish the cashier asked what 2 sides I wanted and I replied, "mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese." Then she repeated the order and asked if there was anything else. I said, "I thought the meal came with a drink." She said, "No, but I can add one for more money." I responded, "no thank you." When I drove up she scolded me like I was a burden and told me my total. I asked again about the med. drink and she said, "ONLY the more expensive meal had that and I would have to make it a 3 piece." Then a nice gentleman handed me my food and asked if there was anything else. I noticed they gave me no napkins or condiments and he happily gave me some. I took my food and drove around again to see if I misread the sign. I saw the meal that I ordered and took a picture of the part that said it included the med. drink. Luckily I did come back around because they gave me coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and she replied with an attitude, "I'm the manager." I then told her about the menu mix up and she continued to explain why she was right. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I was just looking to be treated with a little bit of respect. I might not be black but My life and feelings should still matter. As one customer service rep to another, I suggest next time saying, "I apologize for the misunderstanding but I would be happy to change your food out for what you want." Read moreSo anytime I've gotten food at this KFC they forget something on my order. 5 out of 6 of my visits to this location (this year alone) they have forgotten to put the Mac & cheese I ordered in the bag with the rest of my order. The 6th time I went here I was told I had to wait 30 more mins for 2 chicken pot pies (this was 40 mins after ordering them) so in total a 70 min wait at this point, THEN they handed my pot pies out the window to another customer (the woman who handed it out the window bluntly told me I can wait for the next one after a male employee apologized and told me those where for my order) because they were focusing only on their drive through for some reason (i assume their time was bad atvthe window) so I had to wait another 30 mins before having to catch and prevent the woman from handing out my order AGAIN. I waited a total of 2 hours almost for 2 Pot pies and a kids chicken tenders meal. Also if you need to refund an order and ordered online you'll have a nice hour long wait on the phone with their corporate because they can't do a refund in store apparently. In all I don't feel the employees are bad I feel that the communication within the store between employees needs work and it would fix...
