X-Mart Adult Supercenter — Local services in Tallahassee

This is a three part review: First I have to say, with any business you will have good and bad that's just life. Around November of 2018 I purchased several items from this store. I realized that I had been over charged and one item was broken it had not been checked. I contacted the store, the next day I received a call from a gentleman whom I believe to be the manager. He was extremely apologetic and handled the situation. Which is why I returned 7 days ago. Second part is in regards to the staff, for the most part I have not received any bad service. All staff seem to be friendly and knowledgeable. I want to say that the last time I was there the young woman that was working helped me get exactly what I was looking for. THANK YOU!! Last part is the bad review: as I entered the building their were two older men standing at the front of the counter, talking to the clerk.That night I had went alone and I was regretting my decision, I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation. I still can't believe i went to the store and the staff threatened to call the police on me because im from another state not aware that i could just go to the back after buying rush. I immediately took it to the car and returned to view arcades but told to leave you violating rules this white lady spoke to me as if I was a career criminal and what could the police do to me? I called back she hung up on me saying if you come back you will be arrested for what not knowing your business practices wasn't with anyone didn't understand what the problem was but when I compliant when management says you have to put that in your car and i obey your staff determines i can't be there is absurd. Just to head off this owner... Was here January 2nd, 2022 around 3:30 pm. Decent store but you can find a lot of the products cheaper on the net or other shops, still I try to support places in my area over internet trade. Saw a review by Rob n Robin about being couples friendly, which is why we made the hour drive to begin with, but my experience was completely different evidentally. My experience must've been more along the Chef Mlke review experience where the owner called him a liar...

Arcade is not couples friendly. Do not waste your time. There are no posted rules about entering the arcade except must be 18 to enter, but, by god the rude staff will yell across the store and tell you some rule or other about how I have to either send my wife in there alone while I wait out until she is done or vice versa, in front of a store full of patrons and embarrass you. Shameful. Really not a good experience...
