They have helped me through the process of three rings and a necklace. They were patient beyond belief of my ineptitude. I have been a loyal customer for many years and would not think of going elsewhere. When I recently brought my engagement ring to have it cleaned, they found the center stone had been damaged. How do you damage a diamond? Let's just say, take it off before you go outside and ask your husband what he is doing. They replaced the stone and it looks great! They created a mother's ring for me with some very unique stones that makes me smile every time I wear it. They also placed a loose diamond I had in necklace that garners praise every time I wear it. If I sound like a fan of this family owned business I am. They treat you with respect regardless of how much you spend and do their best to meet your budget needs without making you feel...
Read moreHad my wedding band resized here based off of recommendations that this business was family owned and courteous. The resize was wrong and I had to repay to have them do it a second time despite going by the sizing guide they had in the shop. They also appraised my grandmother’s engagement ring as waaaay undervalued as I found out when I got a second opinion from another jeweler. They seem to make some people happy, but I am definitely not one of those people. I had a more genuine and pleasant experience at Kay Jeweler than I did here, which was upsetting since I would prefer to support a...
Read moreAfter 2 prior not great visits, I decided to go back a 3rd time since I didn’t know where else to go. I needed a stone replaced in a sterling silver ring and wanted to design a necklace from an old one I have. The older lady (not the owner) could not have been more unfriendly. She said we have to build up the prongs and gold is expensive. I said the ring is not gold-she pulled out her loop like I was lying then gave me a ridiculous price. As for my necklace, I showed them what I had and what I wanted. They took my information and said give us a few days for an estimate. It’s been over 3 weeks and never heard. Luckily someone told me about Robert’s Jewelry store. Got both items back today and the stone replacement was LESS than half price! If you want something done right, go...
