Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I rate popeyes 3 stars because, not, for the food, cause the fried cajun chicken is good and all, but, the price is not so good. The price of 2 pieces of chicken with fries, soda, and , a biscuit is $9.13 cents with tax included(tax $0.64 cents):-( Now, compared to the KFC $5 dollar fill up meal, $5.38 tax included(tax $0.38 cents);-) So, then you can understand why 3 stars rating for popeyes. Seriously, 2 pieces of chicken, and, or the big extra crispy single chicken breast is a great deal from KFC. Furthermore, KFC $5 dollar fill up meal brings the following: side of fries, and, or, smach potatoes, a biscuit, a soda, and a cookie; KFC amazing deal for $5 bucks!!😊 KFC is clearly the winner. I would have dine inside KFC, but, they close off dining inside( that covid 19:-( ) So, I setted to dine in at popeyes and spent nearly doubled for what KFC offets for $5 bucks. I would feel more comfortable paying $5 dollars and change, then, $9 dollars and change for dinner; seriously, quite honestly get the better deal. As they say, alot of bang for the buck 🎇. Finally, my comments about the popeyes at apalachee park way 32301 is that it can be better, price wise that is, offering a $5 dollar value meal. There is room for improvement, if, they ever want to be better than The king of fried chicken; KFC. So, I am just going to have to wait until KFC opens up dining inside again...soon i hope. I usually don't write reviews on food unless it gives me food poisoning or the service is terrible when I tell you every last one of the employees gave me an attitude all of them did. It started at the window because I didn't know what I wanted so the lady was huffing and puffing to be an exact the lady with the yellow hair shortcut buzz cut. Is your job to take the order because I don't know what I want you say God-lee??? Oh, don't let me get started on how I asked for add extra on my order. She gave me an attitude about that then I go to ask for three additional sweet heat sauce which I asked for when I was at the speaker. She said I gave you one because that's what my manager told me to give you. I said I was willing to pay for the extra three she said we don't charge for the sauces when they start doing that because the one in Quincy or the other ones give you how many you asked for no honey no hot sauce, no napkins in the bag just an attitude. Didn't even bother to wipe off my drink. I have the whole thing on video of what happen because I have a dash cam. You don't have to worry about me no more!!! If customer service is not your strong suit I think you need to find better career...

Used to be one of my favorite fast-food restaurants but I am not sure if the staff cares enough and pays enough attention to the orders, particularly online orders. Ordered online, got the food and drove home when I realized they messed up the order. I called the restaurant and informed them. They refused to give me a refund. Shockingly, they asked me to provide my address so they can send a person to pick up the food. I asked them to give my order to that person so he drops it off at my apartment. They refused. They said we can only pick up the order and can't deliver food while I have had delivery from their restaurant multiple times before. I could not understand why the same person who is picking up the wrong order can not deliver my order. No refund! I called the customer service and got my refund. Customer service confirmed that they have delivery and they must have delivered the order. Not to mention, they got my orders messed up three times before in drive through. There are too many people working in the kitchen and are all noisy so the person on the phone can't hear you. They yell and ask you to yell back and still get the...
