Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tallahassee

My daughter is 6. She bravely had a flu shot today, and channeled the Superwoman costume she's wearing! We went to Haagen Dasz, and oh my gosh there isn't a store there! So, off we went to Baskin Robbins. Parking is a pain the in @ss, but we found a spot. I used to hang out here, years ago, when it was just a convenience store. The bathrooms were clean (surprising), the counters and tables were clean. There was a decent variety of ice creams, from pumpkin cheesecake and German chocolate cake, as well as the Jamoca Almond Crunch that I so loved as a teen. My daughter asked for a cotton candy waffle cone, with all the toppings (and I asked that each topping be tiny). I got a pint of German Chocolate cake for Mom, and a small Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Almond milk latte. Holy cow, that was a tiny, sweet drink! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t usually go to Dunkin or write reviews but this got me so frustrated. Me and my friends ordered ahead through the app the Bacon Avocado sandwhich and added eggs and cheese. We go pick it up through drive thru is not ready. We wait in the car for 15 minutes they come with the order. Mind you we also had ordered coffee with coals foam and none of them came with cold foam and they didn’t give the hashbrowns that we also ordered. The sandwiched didn’t have cheese nor egg. We go back in to ask for it the lady was very nice. After 20 minutes they comeback with our order and one of the sandwiched are still with no egg. We tell them again. It took them 45 MINUTES to give us another sandwhich correct. If it wasn’t for me asking about the status i’m sure they wouldn’t even had remembered to redo it. First I wait five minuets at the counter (no line) and then an employee starts to take my order. The manager stops him from taking my order and does other things for a minute or so before taking my order. I order a coolata which is prominently displayed on the menu and a grilled cheese. "We don't have the coolata but we have the Texas toast". The manager walks away as I'm choosing another drink and comes back two minuets later much after I've decided. I order a sweet tea lemonade also prominently displayed. "We don't do that but you can have a sweet tea" And...
