Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I was the only person in line and there was only one car in drive through. I stood there for near 10 min to be waited on. 3 employees working. They didn't even acknowledge me until after 5 min passed. I was about to leave because they were ignoring me and not taking my order. I waited another 10 min for my food. While waiting a lot of people came in the store. The first food to come across the counter since I walked in and they were giving out 3 orders to people who came in just a few minutes ago. I asked them why are they serving all these people orders when I was the first person in the store and already been waiting now a total of 20 min. They didn't care they gave the other customers their orders and I said that's not right my food should be first as I only had a breakfast sandwich that's all these other people had a lot of things in each order . They gave me an attitude and said mine would be out next. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I was supposed to come to this location later with a group of friends who wanted to come here for lunch. I told everyone this location is bad 👎 let's go somewhere else. We had a group of 9 . That's 9 orders you will not be getting today. I do not recommend this store and will never be back. I've told my friends who come to this store regularly to start going to doughnut kingdom instead of dunkin. They agreed the store employees seem to be a problem at this store and said they would definitely stop coming in here. I'm a very influential reviewer and I'm giving you a FAIL. ...

I frequent the Dunkin on the hill on CCNE several mornings each week going to work. I’ve had good and bad service depending on the person I have contact with. I usually go through the drive through to get my avocado toast and coffee but recently I went inside. The young man who waited on me was courteous and attentive as he usually is, however, the woman I’m guessing to be the manager was talking VERY rudely to him. He took it alot better than I would have. I’m thinking about offering this young man a job at my office as he is always courteous and friendly and busy. He should not have to put up with bullying from a supervisor. I was so disgusted at how this woman was treating him that I wanted to throw my food at her and have HER clean it up. Respect can go along way and this woman needs to show some towards her employees. Lady, you need to take lessons from them. You would have been out a long time ago working for me. Krispy Kreme is a little out of my way but I am going to be going there from now on. But, I will go through the drive through one more time at Dunkin to talk to the young man about coming to work at my office. Former...

Coffee is good, fresh and hot. I wanted to add the workers were very nice and not unprofessional at all as someone else had reviewed. Maybe they encountered different staff members. Anyhow, they were working (changing trash, etc when not taking/making orders), not fooling around like almost every dd I walk into. They greated me and also said have a good day, when I left.

**one more thing: WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THE SIDE ROAD WHEN YOU PULL IN FROM THE STREET... WHY TF WOULD YOU PLACE A SPEEDBUMP FOR PEOPLE TO NAIL WHEN THEY PULL IN FROM THE BUSY STREET? AND FOR PEOPLE TO HIT ESPECIALLY HARD WHEN THEY ARE MAKING A LEFT TURN INTO THE PROPERTY, CUTTING ACROSS ONCOMING TRAFFIC?!
