Starting off, the server opened up a tab under my card twice because “there was an error” even though I let her know I was already charged for the first tab. Then she proceeds to take 30 minutes with my drink to finally inform me they don’t have the stuff to make a drink on their menu, mind you the people i’m with already got their drinks + food. I let her know I wanna close off both tabs that she opened and she said she closed them both off. Next day I am charged $40 for one drink due to the 2nd tab never being closed. I try calling, no answer. I show up, they aren’t open even though their hours online instruct they are. They finally open & they’re telling me “it’s just a tab charge, it’s just a tab charge, come back tommorow” when I already paid & closed for it once so I should get the second tab that was opened closed immediately as well. The whole situation was an inconvenience and I wouldn’t recommend going on a promotion night. That’s when their customer service...

They had an ad for 200 free smash burgers today one per person. Showed up at 11:50 (10 minutes before the start) and my position in line is shown in the photo. As you could see, there are not 200 people in front of me. Took 40 minutes to get in only to find out that they ran out of free burgers (once again there were not 200 people in front of me), but I could do some sort of BOGO deal. To me that’s deceptive advertising. You tell people free burgers to get them to show up only to tell them that there are no burgers. Clearly I’m not the only one that has addressed this complaint and I find it funny that these reviews under the newest section of Google reviews were buried by the somehow miraculous circumstances of some people magically giving this place 5 stars within a short period of time. False advertising is not cool and I would avoid this place and have no desire to go after waisting...

Food is good (only had their wings and burger), but it's almost like there's a group of random people volunteering to work there for the first time every time I go in there. Literally, no employee knows what's going on with their menu or promotions ever???😭😭😭 I've been going here since their opening and it's like they're adding more and more random fees. They automatically add a gratuity fee regardless of what you order and I promise you it's not like they deserve it. You will sit there for 40+ min waiting on burgers/wings, so I can't even imagine the wait when ordering their actual meals. I had came in to order their $1 wings that were always $10 + tax, but this time it was $17 with all the fees like they are truly living up to their Miami theme but not in a good way. This place is good for watching sports and Love Island, but everything else that comes with it is...
