MY ORDER: The General Tso's Chicken Combo

QUALITY OF FOOD: Very low. The chicken was chewy. The rice and egg roll were bland. Everything tasted as if I had found old Chinese food in the far back of my refrigerator and decided to reheat it.

PRICE: About average. The combo was $10.50; with the service fee and tip, I believe it came out to just under $15. Compare this to Panda Express which charges about $8 for the same combo. (Panda Express's quality is certainly much better than the food I had here.)

SERVICE: Good. I ordered online and was able to pick it up soon afterward. My only complaint is that the progress bar feature didn't work. The website displayed that the order was "confirmed," but the "WIP" and "Ready" marks on the progress bar never displayed as completed.

Attention ALL Black people!! This is the most disrespectful restaurant establishment in Tallahassee when it comes to US!!!!!!! My wife and I placed an order right? For honey garlic chicken wings and something else for our child. We went and picked up the order and came back home to eat. We opened it and instead of the wings, they added some fried chicken breaded balls what they use for the sweet and sour chicken. My wife called them to let them know the order was WRONG! When I tell you that CHINESE BOY was disrespectful and argumentative, he was not backing down. He was talking like he was ready to fight. He told my wife to not eat the food and bring it back tomorrow. My wife specifically asked him. “If I were a white person would you have treated me like this?” Guess what he responded and said?…”NO”. Owner was not very helpful! I wanted special dish with shrimp chicken scallops veggies did not accommodate. Told him I would pay extra he must not need or want to satisfy client. Ended up getting specialty dish asked for spicy did not receive, veggies tasted old,. I asked for fried rice, it was even worse. It has a funky tasted no onions peas or carrots.
