Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I have been going to marcos for a while now and have spent enough money and have sat inside 99% of the time . I normally don't do this but it has to be done . For one , it's the most unprofessional work crew i have ever seen. What's allowed here is NOT allowed at most jobs, for instance, there's many times I've gone in there and they are so RIDICULOUSLY LOUD talking about ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. I have sat there many times thinking what kind of place is this to talk the way they do in front of customers. The "N"-WORD Is tossed around more than the pizza is typically from the bald head black female and there's a chubby one that's wears a weave or wig it looks like ( they wouldn't give me their names) whose always high and literally has the AUDACITY TO SMOKE A VAPE IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING YOUR PIZZA. I'VE SEEN IT !!!! They tend to be back and forth from the front counter to the back where they make pizzas , i can tell you for 100% fact they don't wash their hands EVERY SINGLE TIME on top of the fact that they DONT WEAR GLOVES anyway. I know a couple of them don't, I can't speak for the whole but I know they aren't up on it like they are suppose to be especially with the slightly chubby high girl with the weave touching her dirty vape and blowing chemicals all over the place on your food. Julie who is the short little white girl seems nice and upbeat but she has her days and is just as loud and ignorant as the other 2 black girls when she feels like it . She can be a little rude depending on who you are when answering the phone to place an order or make a change to an order. What gets me is my friend and I (white female and black male ) come in there atleast 3 to 4 times a week , sit at the same table and are quiet and don't say anything to ANYONE but for some reason they seem to have some issue with us , idk if it's a race thing or something other underneath it all. Julie has just hung up in my friends face when she called about an order. The other 2 black girls walk extremely close to our table when passing which is a little uncomfortable while we are eating especially when you are picking up "weird vibes from them" 90% of the building is on there phones non stop and I never see them lined up to wash there hands after touching their dirty filthy phones remembering the fact that they dont use gloves anyway , I could go on and on but I'll say this and be done Tonight's issue was on 4/9/2025 around 7 p.m. My friend and I went in and order 2 large pizzas and we tend to order a cinnamon bread afterwards. Upon completion of eating the pizza my friend order the cinnamon bread online and went to the counter to make an adjustment since you cant edit the order the way we needed to online. Mind you , this is the same thing we do EVERYTIME. The bald-headed semi-short black female passed on the information to the slightly chubby girl that wears the weave it looks like and told her the adjustment that needed to be made to the cinnamon bread which was to pull it a few seconds early so it wasn't too brown cause we like it soft and to add some extra cinnamon please and I overheard her say " if I remember to , I will" so I said "well if it's not right , I'll just have to send it back and the bald headed girl asked me what I said cause she didn't hear me so I repeated it and she told the little chubby black girl with the weave and she yelled "I DONT CARE , SEND IT BACK! Then the bald-head black girl who wears the jiminy cricket hat follows up and says i told her already , i did my job , i dont need none of this extra stuff and kept mumbling some nonsense like its no longer her responsibility I was furious , what kind of establishment allows their employees to conduct business like this !!??! I got up and request a district or store owner's phone since it's a franchise i believe and they all refused. I then requested my money back for the cinnamon bread we no longer wanted due to their poor customer service and uncleanliness. They both refused. 3rd straight bad experience. Done with this place. Always late, bad service. Useless. Today, placed a carryout order for an 1145 pickup of 3 basic pizzas. Not ready at 11:45, fine. Not ready at 12:00. (I had to walk up and ask- they're not updating anyone). Other dissatisfied customers lining up at the counter, which I've seen at every visit. At 12:15, I see a girl pull out a pizza, discuss it with a coworker, and dump it in the garbage. At 12:20, I flag someone down again. "One of the pizzas was messed up so we have to remake it." I had already paid (40 minutes prior) so I got my money back for the 3rd pizza (after demanding it) but there was no apology and reeeeally they should have given me the other 2 for free.
