I ordered from these guys on a Saturday night. The pizza came on time ,which I was originally excited about, and after I had signed the receipt and tipped the guy (which I did automatically thru their website, which I don't recommend you do) I opened up my box and realized it was definitely not what I ordered. I called back and talked to the manager, and he offered me a free pizza on my next call, which I obliged. I decided to use this freebie the next night, and get the pizza I had originally ordered. This time I called on the phone, and was told that my order would be free. My delivery time was quoted at 35-45 minutes. At 55 minutes, I called the store and spoke the same person who took my order, and was told that my pizza was on the way. About 15 minutes later, I received a call back from the store saying that the driver had returned because they couldn't get a hold of me by phone, and apparently were scared to knock on my door because of the No Trespassing sign in my window. (?) The manager told me that the driver supposedly called me 4 times, but I had 0 missed calls from any number, and interestingly was able to receive the call from the store with no problem. They offered to send the driver back out. Just to give them the benefit of the doubt, I then called my own phone using a Google Voice number, just to see if there was an issue with my service. The call came through with no problem. Anyways, about 15 minutes later I received a call from a delivery driver who said they were at my house, and who only got out of car once I stepped outside onto my porch. I took my pizza from her and kept the tip that I had originally intended to give. My issue with this store is that they gave me the incorrect pizza the first time, and then delivered less-than-stellar service for the follow-up. Astounded, the plumber asked what had happened. When I told him he nodded and wagged a cautionary finger. I'd been lucky apparently to escape with my colon and recrum intact, apparently. Other unfortunate pizza loving victims weren't so lucky.
However the shadow of my shame still remains. On a windy day my brown eye, nestled between my sturdy cheeks whistles on a windy summer day. My wife overhears my backdoor flute chime and she called me Meatlover, which triggers a flashback to that fateful night where me and my wife and kids consumed an unassuming Meatlover pizza, which would unbeknownst to me soon become my nickname, even yo my kids.

Read moreHello, I don’t normally give restaurants bad reviews let alone any business but I was very disrespected today by the employee at this papa johns location. I called to ask to issue a refund and they were unable to give me a refund but I’m not upset because of that. I am upset with the way I was treated the second time I called. I called because what the employee on the phone said the first time was confusing so I wanted to clarify a second time. They did not put me on hold to speak to their, what I assume is their manager, and instead left me on the phone to hear their “manager” complain and say that there is nothing they could do to help me . I work at a restaurant and premiere customer service is always key. I believe that for starters I should have been properly left on hold. Secondly there should be at no time that a customer should feel disrespected. I was not at all rude or mean to anyone on the phone so there should be no reason that should have happened. I apologize if I upset anyone at this location and that you obviously have had a very long day to treat anyone the way you treated me tonight. I hope your night gets better and you do not treat future customers...
