Super slow service and made one of our two drinks wrong.
I thought it was strange when a customer that ordered after us was called to get their drink, but I waited. One of the two drinks eventually came out and then another 10 minutes passed so I went to check on the iced coffee. The cup was sitting on the counter untouched so one of the employees said he would make it. This employee then walked over to another employee and started chatting with them. Then he took an order for another customer and returned to taking drive thru orders... Meanwhile, the poor barista was scrambling to fill instore, drive thru and mobile orders by himself. Tired of waiting, I decided to stand at the counter because the cup was still sitting there untouched. The barista noticed and made the coffee in a couple seconds and apologized for the wait. When we get home I take a sip of my latte and what do you know... they made it with milk instead of the coconut milk I had asked for. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to digest milk... Never coming back to this location. I lost 20 minutes of my day and my stomach now hates me.

Read moreI get a white mocha every morning and without fail I am greeted by name every morning. Then I am told to have an awesome or amazing day! Who does that anymore? Its lovely. Plus…. My drink is always made right. That alone is huge plus in my book. Especially considering how busy this Starbucks always is.
Customer service is by far the best out of all the Starbucks in Tallahassee. I would even say it’s the best out of all the Starbucks I have ever been to personally. I have been to WAY to many it’s crazy, just all over the US.
I would like to say Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much to all of you working there. It’s people like you that literally make this world a better place. You all have been so kind and always on top of things. It’s also employees like you that make a business successful. It’s quite amazing.
Bottom line is this… This Starbucks is the best in town in my opinion. The employees at this Starbucks are amazing and special. Plus they have the skills to back...
Read moreI've never had this issue before, so perhaps it was a fluke. I placed a mobile order and arrived about 15 minutes later. My order wasn't ready yet, so I waited. After 25 minutes had passed since placing the order, I got concerned. I noticed an empty cup on the counter - it was my cappuccino! I waited for about 3-5 minutes to get someone's attention and they at first tried to deny blame from each other. WTH?! Finally a nice young woman apologized, explained that they were missing the flavoring I'd requested, and I chose one of the options she offered. She quickly made my coffee and apologized again. I'm less agitated about the delay than I am about how they ignored me standing there (they weren't very busy) and then seemed more concerned about whose fault it was. The woman who made the coffee was good though; she came out of the back, assessed the situation and tried to rectify it quickly for me. I don't think she was a supervisor or such, but she was the only professional...
