Worst Wendy's ever visited. Wrong food was brought out to us after having waited 15 mins after paying at the drive-thru window. When food finally came out, worker apologized and said it was because someone forgot to put the items in the fryer. After pulling away, found that they brought out the wrong order. Turned around and went back. Husband took food in to let them know. Found out that the worker on the speaker put in the wrong items. Husband was told that if we wanted different food we would have to pay for different food. He brought the food back to the car. I immediately called the restaurant. Spoke with assistant manager and general manager. General manager told me that she was on the headset and heard us order what was in our bag. I told her we did not order what the worker put in the system. She then proceeded to tell me they have had a big problem of people placing and order then bringing it back saying they didn't order it. I told her we didn't order what was made because I cannot have spicy food. She finally says she will replace our food. I told her we were already on the highway since my husband was told he had to repurchase food. She did nothing else to compensate us us for our food or time. This is the worst Wendy's we have ever visited. Will not be visiting any Wendy's until I hear from the District Manager who I contacted and still have not heard from. It's no wonder many Wendy's restaurants have been shut down. If they are all run this same way, they will all be closed by end of...
Read moreI went to this location for lunch today, through the drive through. It took almost two minutes for them to say anything and I am the one that asked if anyone was there. These people were so rude, and just barked off "one minute ma'am". Okay, maybe they are busy inside. I was able to order and got to the window. A lady took my credit card, no words. Same lady handed it back, and I said thank you, no response. Another lady nearly tossed my bag at me, and I still said thank you. No response. The lady handed me my drink, and I said thank you. No response. I looked in the bag and didn't see one, so I asked for a straw. The lady legit huffed at me, then reached over and grabbed a straw and handed it to me. Again, I said thank you. No response. Then I told them to have a nice day, the lady rolled her eyes at me, to which I responded "or not, whatever". All that for subpar food I was only able to eat half of. This is the second Wendy's I've been to in Tallahassee that was just full of rude, disrespectful people. If you don't want to be there, then don't be there. But don't give me attitude because you're unhappy with your situation. I'm just here for lunch, y'all. Trying to be friendly. I've done fast food work. I get it. No need to be rude to people you...
Read moreWorst Wendy's ever - please avoid. What started as a quick Frosty stop for my kids turned into a bad adventure.
We started out in the drive-thru, but after sitting for a couple of minutes were told: "It's a shift change. Can you come inside?"
The air conditioning was out on a 90-degree day. At the counter, the cashier needed help with the register to apply a coupon for a Frosty, as we stood there sweating. The employee who came to help her stank of weed.
Once they figured out the register, the cashier disappeared for several minutes to make the Frosty, leaving a line of waiting customers. Then she reappeared and told her manager the Frosty machine wasn't working. She didn't tell us anything directly, but worked for a couple of minutes more to produce a very soupy, half-melted Frosty.
Even worse, the floor had an unmopped spill right by the door on which I slipped and fell. And did I mention other parts of the room smelled like marijuana? Those are the reasons why I wanted to go through the drive-thru in the first...
