Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Tallmadge Charter Township

I would like to let you know that today was the first and last time I ordered food at your restaurant. I decided hat after a 12 hour work day I would try Freddy's out because it's on my way home in Allendale Michigan. I ordered food for my wife and I and when I ordered it I specified that I would like no pickles and no mustard on my hamburgers. This is your typical complaint that you get people mess up I get it. However, when I got home about 15 min away from your location my wife noticed that her burger has pickles on it, I picked mine off because I don't care but my wife is allergic to pickles so she called the store on 11/10/2017 at about 10:20pm and spoke to the manager on duty who was one of the rudest people I have met in my life, she told my wife that she need the order number which my wife provided, your manager decided to tell my wife that the receipt says with pickles and that is what we ordered therefore there is nothing she can do and hung up. I called back and spoke to her this time and simply asked for her name and she told me she could not give me that info. I then asked her who the store manager was and her answer to me was that she is her own boss and hung up on me. I could not believe how rude she was so I drove back to your location and simply asked for my money back and let your shift manager know that she has the worst customer service, she responded with laughing at me called her actual manager on the phone and 15 minutes later gave me a receipt with my money. I do not want anything from you guys, I just wanted to let you know what kind of people you have representing your company. I have many friends who go to Grand valley state university and I will make sure this experience is all over social media. I feel like Freddy's is "hit & miss"; sometimes they're good, sometimes not so much. I cannot say I've ever had a HORRIBLE experience but I've had my fair share of "not so great for the money they charge" experiences. Today, for instance: I hadn't been to Freddy's in a long time (trying to eat healthier). Today I decided to splurge and stop to get a Strawberry Cheesecake Concrete. I've had them multiple times in the past and absolutely LOVED them (especially because of the chunks of cheesecake). Today, I am completely disappointed. At first I thought, "they must've forgotten the cheesecake"...until finally, several bites into it, I bit into a very small piece of cheesecake. And that was that. ONE small bit of cheesecake in my entire concrete. Another time I thought, "perhaps it's just mixed in super fine like?" and yet, I couldn't taste even a smidgeon of cheesecake. I paid extra for one small sliver bit of cheesecake. Very disappointing. Perhaps it's the higher powers trying to tell me I shouldn't have splurged at Freddy's? I'll likely remember this next time I feel the urge to splurge. When it comes to ice cream, The Garage in Standale is the spot!! And for burgers, Culver's will always be the best!!...

On 8-22-23 my wife went through the drive thru and placed a order she didn't check the food and when she arrived home everything was wrong, my thoughts were someone left the drive thru line and they accidentally gave me the entire wrong order. On 8-23-23 I called and spoke with a manager Luke, he was very nice on the phone and told me no problem come in and he would take care of it. When I arrived and went inside it was a different story him and the other manager said for future reference make sure I have a receipt (well if I wasn't given a receipt how can I have one) so I had wrote down my order and handed it to him to try and avoid mistakes, still they didn't put cheese on my double Steakburger on top of that they didn't apologize or offer anything for me having to come back on their mistake just replaced the food that I said was messed up I guess I was supposed to eat my Fry's one day and my burger the next.
