Arby's — Restaurant in Tallmadge

No stars because whoever the guy is with the curly ponytail and glasses, she was so rude even before I started to order my food. My friend was telling her what I wanted and she kept talking over her and trying to rush us thru the drive thru. Finally getting to the window the lady( Darren) is what it says on my receipt. My food was cold. Sandwich didn't have bacon has seen picture above, cheese looked old and fries were dark, not hot and nasty. She was going to make my fries over but since she already had an attitude l, I didn't want that done and asked for my money back. She definitely didn't like that and slammed the order window and walked away and had whoever he is refund me. Nobody had on name tags except one person who was at the counter. Never going to this location Again. Me and my friend always have problems here. The workers are...

I don't do this very often, but only either recognize great service or to air some sort of grievance. In this case, the person at the drive through window appeared to be upset in some sort of way and let that show in his service this evening. Nearly slammed the drive-thru window open, sigh greatly as if it was an inconvenience that I was ordering, then nearly shut the window. Now I didn't want to add fuel to the fire, just in case the gentleman was not having a great day. Though, I would say that he could have been a bit more friendly, even if it was fake.

We arrived 20 min before close and was rudely informed that t they had already shut down for the night because they were slow couldn't sit in dining room because floors had already been mopped and could not pour our own drinks or access condiments due to floor being wet the manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful and could not figure out how to refund our money so they basicly threw our order at us.and after spending $20 on two sandwiches and drinks I would think their customer service would be a little better and these are the same people who think they should make $15 an hour Never again will I visit...
