I go to this place almost every morning and I ask for the same order every time ,(grilled cheese toasted) in the both side and small hot coffee black with six donuts But this morning, I had the worst experience ever with Dunkin’ Donuts The bearded guy had no patience at all And he tried to make me feel stupid, not once but twice for asking for simple sugar and toasted my sandwich And when I ask him for the sugar, he refused to serve me and just walk away and call the manager for no reason and I told the manager what happened and I told her I never had put review for nobody but today I will because This guy acted like I don’t know what I’m ordering And I didn’t check my order. I just left when I got home. I opened my sandwich. I found out that he burn it on purpose. and I’m sure he did on purpose because I see the way he treated me So I went back to the store drive-through And he didn’t even bother to open the window He sent the manager again And I talk to her nicely with recording And I show her my sandwich and she closed the window and she said sorry I can’t do nothing for you And then I told her I want my money back and she heard my accent and she tried to make fun of my accent And she starts saying in Arabic Maa al salama For like 5 times and I told her I’m not leaving until I get my money back for the sandwich only And she called the cops And the police officer he know I’m right after I show him the video that I recorded he was nice to me and he apologized And he went to talk to her to give me my money back
And thanks again to the police officer He told me about the place across the street And he said don’t come back here. The service is bad. They don’t even have good coffee.

Read moreOk so while I generally only jump on here to heap praise on positive experiences, I'm pretty disappointed today and I've got one heck of a visual to back it up. I cruised through the drive thru here this morning to grab my usual favorite (the new-ish Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich) after getting up at 3am to drive someone up to the airport. I was so ready for my breakfast but once I got home and opened it up - this is what I got. Like, COME. ON. I know every place has its struggles and being a frequent flyer at this Dunkin' I know this one has them somewhat often but again - COME ON. Who on Earth OK'd THIS ONE to go out?! I did note that the two blackened sides were even turned inward, as if I wasn't going to notice, but LOOK AT IT. I do usually open it up when I get home to put some hot sauce on it but really, anyone could see this from space.
I'm a pretty long-suffering individual and I tried to work myself up into just eating it because I was starved but I couldn't. I had to remake the whole sandwich in my own kitchen with my own bread, because I can't stand the thought of food waste in general. I'm leaving three stars here because I usually have pretty solid experiences here but this is just... beyond. Come on Circle...
Read moreUPDATE 7/11/25: I finally recieved the phone call I requested regarding an incident that occured 30 days prior. The conversation was about as generic as the blanket email Shelia sent on 6/25/25. I believe the phone call only occured because I continued to be the 'squeaky wheel' every few days. My conclusion - the boots on the ground for Dunkin in this area sucks. If you want unexpected shitty service, to be verbally attacked & threatened, and then to feel like your concerns, of the inappropriate behavior, dont matter at all - this is the place for you. My money will be spent elsewhere.
UPDATE 6/25/25: I finally received contact via email (not phone as requested, multiple times). The generic email was a blanket statement and did not address any of my concerns as there was never a conversation with a Dunkin rep. I replied, via email same day. No response. Will update accordingly.
