Update 4/6: Ordered a large beverage. Staff gave me medium. I asked if this was large. She said yes. She insisted. I had to turn around. She had to pretend she had to think about it. Dude, this is a customer's money. Why? Zero apologies. This is awful, nobody here knows how to do their job and I can't get one order correct here. What happened to the old staff? I am incredibly disappointed. This used to be my favorite go-to for coffee. Everyone is nice, but really just horribly incompetent. And very much not sorry. They have no issue messing up your order and letting you drive away. You have to be on top of it for them. That really breaks my heart because it reflects the management and respect for the customer.
I even came here a separate second time after my original visit below. I had to beg the cashier to please ensure the order was correct. First my beverage came out iced when it's on the receipt that I wanted it to be hot. Then I had to beg them to please double check and ensure the extra expresso shot that was charged was added. They had to take it back and add it. It's all on the receipt. I never got rude or openly angry, but to write out this long review...I'm trying to bring this to someone's attention that this really isn't okay. I won't come back but unfortunately, it probably will not matter to any owner or manager who reads this. Please be more considerate, these aren't isolated issues. Three different visits now.
Original: This spot just reopened after renovation. I'm not sure if they have a new staff or what's going on, but nobody was ahead of me and nobody was behind me. After being asked to wait, someone eventually came and took my order. An apology can go the distance but that's only how I feel when I provide customer service. Drove to the window and waited. The coffee never right I always get the Ice Caramel Latte no sugar and wipcream . Always my coffee is missing something. One day is too much sugar or no caramel or no wipcream one day it was not closed properly and it spills on my car. On friday September 10 2021 i went and the door was close the sing said it open at 6am and it was 6:30 and door was close. Here come the dark skin tall guy with the worst attitude unlock the door and did not say good morning. 4 workers and none of them said good morning. The coffee did not have wipcream and I said twice a sesame seed bagel with egg and bacon no cheese and when I get to my job what a surprised i got cinnamon raisins bagel. I was so mad. Read moreOn 07/24/2023 my sister and I decided to patronize this Dunkin location. First we attempted to place an order through the drive through in which our volume was adequate enough to do so. No one answered and after 10 seconds or so a young man answered and said with an attitude “Can you speak up?” We decided to park close and proceeded to go inside. Once again the young man had a horrible attitude in which he shouted “you alright?” The rest of the staff inside was unprofessional and unsanitary. When we decided to cancel our order the young lady that was making it stared at me for awhile with disgust . The customer service skills was far from lacking. It was absent.
