Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tamarac

I'm giving them 4 stars because normally this particular restaurant has messed up every single order I've had except maybe 3 that we've gotten very recently. Hence giving them another star but I'm not giving that last star for a big reason. The help could at least fake a smile or pretend they want to be there. In the 6 years I've lived here I have encountered 2 employees and 1 manager that actually looked like they were having a good day and were genuinely happy in life. All the rest look like they are doing court ordered community service...lol. I know it's not fun to work in fast food, people. But only you can change that for yourself. And no one can upset you or ruin your day unless you give them permission to do so! I don't care if you've had 5 mean customers in a row. Don't let it affect your happiness. Fast food shouldn't be a career choice for anyone. But for right now, it's money, honey! Needs some work with environmental cleanliness! On this visit the place was not busy inside or in the drive thru. There was lots of seating in dining area with no line but signs stated to use Kiosk only. . .no cashier at the counter and you had to put an email or phone number in the kiosk machine to get a receipt, no print outs were available through the kiosk (one of the screens were damaged and you couldn't see the menu well) the kiosk maybe convenient but you have to get everything right on your order or it will be a mess when you go to pick it up at the counter and miss any details, I didn't like not getting a printed receipt in the event there was an error with the order and I like to scan my receipts. . .the floor was sticky and the seats were dirty and needed wiping, napkin dispensers were empty although the place only had a few tables with people eating. Well I walk in cashier was down so you had to use the order machine which totally suck. The prices were mess up not like the old toco bell 10 years ago. So I got a combo well the toco had very little meat lot of lettuce but not a toco you would normally go out to eat. Orange juice is good. Taco fries 🍟 we're very terrible 😔😭 . They said it was a large but it looks like a small. The portions in all the food shock 😲😲😲😳😳😳 me . I wasn't happy at all . I just work a very hard day and I wanted to feel happy while I ate. Not happening today it seems . I won't go back there except to take a dump day n there clean bathroom. The cost should have been $9.89 plus tax maybe 12/13$$_$. I gave a $20.00 bill and got $3.00 back in change. My eyes drop to the floor. Not happening at all.
