The pizza was great. For the most part the comments on here are incredible. Except for the one who posted a pic where the pizza was clearly burnt, a char is expected in a high heat oven. Impossible not to char a pizza in a 800-900 degree oven. It’s supposed to have the leopard spots. Most that commented on here have little to no clue on what real pizza should look like, or taste like. The idiot who commented about New York water being a key ingredient is also clueless. New York water does not make a great pizza. Ingredients, technique, and heat make a great pizza (I’m from NY by the way). It’s also not over priced...quality ingredients are expensive. Enough said about these clueless bozos. Pizza was great, my son and I enjoyed our Margharita pizzas. They were awesome!! The real deal...right...
Read moreWent to this restaurant last night and ordered the arugula pizza with prosciutto added to it, as suggested. I've had this exact pizza before at a wood-fired pizza place in downtown Venice, FL and loved it so I was really looking forward to this. The pizza came out and it was like they took a cooked cheese pizza and dumped a pile of dry arugula on it with a few slices of prosciutto on top of that. It was basically a pizza with a dry salad on top of it. Nothing stayed in place and I felt like I was over-charged for a cheese pizza and dry arugula on the side. Very disappointing. Went there to celebrate my father's birthday and would've been better if I cooked dinner. Reported the issue along with others to the manager, James, and he was very unprofessional and rude. Don't go here. No doubt...
Read moreWorst airport food I’ve ever had and WAY WAY overpriced. I ordered the penne pasta with sausage. The sausage didn’t even looked cooked so they switched it to chicken for me. That was the best part of the experience is that they made me a new order. I watched them pour a bag of diced pre cooked chicken in what was supposed to be boiling water and dropped new pre boiled penne in another pocket of water. The end result was lukewarm pasta and inedible pieces of dry over cooked chicken with a texture of sawdust, with what became a tasty but watered down sauce. I ate less than half...
